Monthly Rentals in The Grove

Clean, comfortable, spacious guest house in a peaceful walkable neighborhood. The place was fully stocked with all amenities and basic comforts. Short easy drive to Target and Walmart and the quiet downtown. Hosts were friendly and very responsive to questions/requests. We are so fortunate to have found this place! It was January so we didn’t make use of the pool but the yard and pool area were so pretty!

Mick’s place was relaxing and comfortable. The add-on to the main house has a rustic feel surrounded by orchards. The unit uses its smaller size well. It is very well furnished, cozy and comfortable. It is nicely decorated and lit without being at all cluttered. The king bed in the upstairs loft is very comfortable. The bathroom/laundry area downstairs is well laid out and works well. The kitchen while small manages to include all of the amenities, utensils and supplies you would need for basic cooking. I used the toaster oven/microwave to cook 1.5lbs of salmon and it worked out perfectly. I didn’t use the portable cook top, but it seemed convenient enough. Mick is very responsive and helpful. He happened to be staying in the main house adjoining the unit, so when I asked for a few minor things (knife sharpener, etc.) he provided those almost immediately. Mick has clearly put a lot of thought into how to make the place convenient and comfortable and it shows. Highly recommended!

Keri’s place is a home away from home! It’s a spacious, one bedroom ADU (full kitchen, living space, bedroom bathroom & laundry). The bed is really comfortable and the rural environment is peaceful & restful. Perfect short or long stays. I really enjoyed the fresh eggs (from her chickens) that she shared!! Keri is the perfect host —responsive yet respectful of her guests’ privacy.

The location was perfect-close to our relatives. Hope to stay again the next time we go down. The hosts were extremely accommodating. And our dog loved the back yard.
