Great experience at Harborside! The host was incredibly accommodating with our last-minute reservation, which we really appreciated. The resort itself was great, and having access to the Atlantis waterpark was a huge bonus for our family. We will definitely be visiting again!

Coral Beach area was beautiful, and we had a wonderful two months. The apartment is very homey and welcoming, but does need updating, especially the bathroom. Overall, the apartment needs freshening up. Painting, kitchen cupboards, lamp shades. We had a couple of issues while there that Don and Liz dealt with immediately. They are excellent hosts, and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again.

Chas was helpful, quick to respond and answered all questions. 👍👍Check in and out is a breeze. Our place was right on the water, overlooking the marina and amazing yachts. Harbor Side Atlantis was a great place for an active adventure in the water. The beaches are pretty and clean and the Aquaventure water park was fantastic. We spent most of our time there. We also took a ferry over to Nassau, $14/person, round trip. There are a Lot of stores a some restaurants in town. My wife and I were taken back by the VAT tax (10%) and 15% gratuity on everything at Atlantis. It made Starbucks the cheapest meal option with their prices being the same as in the states. Margaritaville and Anthony’s were good walking distance options. We enjoyed them both. All in all, a very active and fun vacation, but not as restful as we had hoped. Avoid the concierge desk. They’re more concerned about signing people up for a time share appointment than helping you with a question.

The vibes at this boutique “hotel” are immaculate. Stunning ocean views from an infinity pool? Check. Beautifully furnished rooms with every detail considered? Absolutely. Thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces perfect for family and friends? Yes, and then some. We stayed in the family bunk room with our two teenage sons, and it was incredibly comfortable. Even the outdoor shower (with privacy!) was a highlight. The shared indoor spaces look straight out of Architectural Digest, but the true magic is outside—the views and outdoor areas are simply unreal. Surfer chic heaven. The location is great —right across from Seaspray Marina and a short ride to Tahiti Beach. Rent a golf cart to explore charming Hope Town and the island’s fantastic restaurants. We’re already dreaming of coming back and renting the whole place with extended family. Truly unforgettable! Thanks Mike and Hanna (and Idrony)!

We rented a 1 bedroom deluxe villa through Anna at the Harborside towers at the Atlantis resort. We were able to check in at the front desk and request a higher level room which was granted. The rooms are dated a bit but we knew that about the resort going in so it wasn’t a surprise to us. We didn’t get a chance to explore the entire resort but we were given bands by Atlantis that gave us access to everything as a regular hotel guest if we had booked through the Atlantis directly. The Harborside building is walkable to the downtown shops area which was nice. You can also walk a bit further to get tk the main Royal tower but they also have a shuttle running often. We didn’t need Anna for anything but she provided instructions before checkin and made herself available if we needed which was really nice.

Natalia and everyone at the Flying Pig were very friendly and helpful . Loved the pool after a long day on the boat and our room was very comfortable and clean . What a beautiful spot ! Thank you . Hope to be back .

A great, clean place to stay. Rooms are nice, air-conditioning works well, Wi-Fi work most of the time. Everything we needed for a bonefish headquarters. A couple good restaurants lose by. Evie, who over looks the property is so sweet and helpful!

We had an amazing stay at Harborside! This beautiful one room suite overlooked the harbor/marina (we were lucky enough to get Building #2). The amenities-pool/hot tub were beautiful. The location is perfect….still at Atlantis, but just far away enough where you can get a break from all the people at the resort. We loved walking the dock along the harbor every day. Loved having a fridge, washer/dryer…made our stay even better! Highly recommend this place!
