This spot was very nice, clean and comfortable. Quan was amazing, extremely responsive and friendly and I was very impressed with the service! When we needed something, she responded quickly. She even dropped off toilet paper for us :) would definitely visit again!

My first time reside in this place. Indeed, it's a nice environment without much traffic noise. The apartment was well furnished. It gives me a homely and cosy feel. I'm quite picky about cleanliness, this apartment had fulfilled it. Will stay again if I go back to HCM.

Great unit to stay in D1. Close to convenience store and super market. Walkable to my favourite banh cuon restaurant. Had some issues with the card not working for the lock. Building was well kept. Pool was beautiful, gym was well equipped for a gym rat like myself. Great value.

Had a Great stay. Staff were Helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned everyday and they did my laundry for a small fee . Well worth the price I’ll be coming back

Very good apartment in a big complex. Little bit far from the city centre but on the other hand very calm and with nice view! (23rd floor) clean and cozy apartment. We also used washing machine to do the laundry after our Vietnam trip. Swimming pool was also very nice

Clean, pleasant apartment on the 12th floor of the Landmark plus tower. Stayed there for 12 days. I liked everything. Very responsive hostess answered all questions. Cleaning 2 times a week, cleaned well. We registered in the pool and gym in three days. Apartaments are quiet, the neighbors did not bother, although we rented for the New Year holidays. The location is good, close to everywhere, close to a large beautiful park, embankments. There is a lot of store nearby. A good budget option for accommodation in Saigon

The communication with the host was very quick and proactive in responding to our request to change the bedding. We decided to use it again for our trip to Ho Chi Minh City. I had a very good stay in a clean and quiet accommodation. Highly recommend

This is the perfect Airbnb in district 7 with a great pool and exercise complex. Thao is a very proactive host who was quick to respond to any questions I had. I loved the location on the quiet side of the building with a beautiful view. I would recommend this apartment to anyone seeking spacious accomodation in a smart area with lots of shops, convenience stores, bars, restaurants, cafes, a gourmet grocery store etc. within easy walking distance.

The apartment is spacious, convenient, really cool view, great books, and simple furnitures, free of cluster. The surrounding food is great (try the porridge across the street - tiny little place). Hosts’ hospitality and responsiveness are unmatched, super helpful and kind as they let me have their unused bag because I couldn’t find anything that fits my needs. Bring some earplugs if you’re sensitive to the street noise as the Karaoke across the street can get loud at night (but very lively - recommend joining them for a night or two).

A very helpful person. The apartment was great and everything was as in the pictures, we felt at home, the bed is very comfortable, we will definitely come back next time.

Adam place is very good with nice place to have car parking. Very easy to sleep contradict to the bad place at khu dân cư ven sông. Highly recommmend.
