Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Terracina

Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

We had a great summer with a family with children. The house has a big private garden where the kids can play. Very convenient with private road down to the beach, which makes it easier to walk on the beach several times a day. In addition, a shower in the garden was very helpful to flush the sand when coming from the beach. The house was large with plenty of space for several families. Would aboslutt recommend the place. We would gladly came again.

Mr. Germano has two apartments in a beautiful rustic surrounded by greenery, which boasts a long history related to transhumance and its centuries-old traditions. Both apartments are spacious (Ginestra has a larger dining room), well equipped, cool in summer and well heated in winter (we tried both apartments in both seasons). Mr. Salvatore, who takes care of the check-in and maintenance of the property, is very kind and helpful. The priceless plus is the location of the rustic: it stands on the southwest shores of the lake, on the slopes of the forest ridge at the top of which stand Mount Petroso and the Mountains of the Meta. It enjoys a private estate (shared with other guests of the property) that, although very well cared for, remains in constant and respectful dialogue with the wild nature of the Park. The center of Barrea is however 5 minutes away from the easily accessible dirt road. We'll definitely be back.

It was a wonderful weekend, Silvana and Giuseppe made us feel at home, kind, hospitable and always available. The House is equipped with all the comforts , we were greeted with sweets and products from their garden , the House has books and games x children. It was a superlative weekend, thank you very much. Molise was a pleasant discovery there are really lovely places to visit. We will definitely see you again

The house is most charming, renovated with high quality materials and much taste. The kitchen is well equipped and together with the living area forms a spacious and relaxing ensemble. There is a ‚snug‘ on the ground floor where you wish to stay and spend your time with the interesting books from the library or just relax and do your morning exercises (yoga mats are already there). Upstairs the sleeping rooms are equipped with comfortable beds. The two bathrooms have all you need. Sermoneta is a lively small town. The people are very friendly. On the main piazza there are several bars. A bakery is round the corner. Several Restaurants can be found in town. The guided visit of the castel is worth doing. Also the walks (as described in the documentation in the house) are offering spectacular views and wonderful countryside.

It was a good place to stay with a little bit of a walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. Danilo is great with communication and accommodating us for our needs, friendly host.

Veronica is one of the best hosts I have communicated with on airbnb. Sermonetta is not the easiest place to get too but Veronica was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Her place is well located, beautifully maintained and spacious. The hot tub is a great addition. Would highly recommend this airbnb.

Francesca's place was a neat, well thought out, clean, and fun place to stay! Bonus for having a nice and useable kitchen to cook. She was a great host, met us in person, and communicated well. The only thing to know is that if it's a weekend, the surrounding area has a lot of loud music. But the AirBnB and Francesca herself was wonderful!

We had an unforgettable vacation in the beautiful loft apartment in the historic Casa Torre. The communication with the host and with Gioia on site was very friendly, supportive and responsive. The furnishings and equipment (incl. kitchen and new fridge) are nice and functional. Everything was clean and fresh. The terrace is an absolut highlight. We loved that parking, restaurants, grocery store and beach were so close within a 5-10 minute walk. We are late night people, so it didn't bother us that the noise level from the restaurants below the apartment was high until the early hours (2-2:30am). People who are sensitive to noise should equip themselves with earplugs. Initially we struggled with the heat within the apartment, but as the outside temperature dropped it then became very pleasant in the apartment. We‘ll be back, without a doubt.

The little house in Lanuvio is immersed in the old town , it is delicious, comfortable and perfect for short stays In a way, Luca is an impeccable host. He immediately welcomed us, helping us in every small thing , exhaustive and detailed , thoughtful in making our stay as pleasant as possible Highly recommended

Maria was so welcoming and happy to host us. The view is great- you can see across Long Lake and to the ocean. We got fresh lemons and oranges from their green houses. We didn’t have enough time and the weather wasn’t good enough for bikes but she would have let us borrow some. The bed was comfortable and apartment spacious!

One of the best accommodations we've ever had. Privacy was given, great communication, everything was just there. every penny was worth it. we can recommend it to everyone. The apartment location is great, right in the middle of beautiful 'centro storico' in Terracina, it's air conditioned (main bedroom and living room/kitchen area). We spent a month in the apartment. We had such a good time. The apartment was great. It was modern and fresh. The beds were very nice. The view of the valley was amazing and the pool was really nice. We can highly recommend this accommodation. Please be mindful to follow the instruction on how to drive to arrive at the apartment. Cathy's instruction is very clear and follow it because then you get it right. We did it and it turned out very well. GPS shows a different route. Cathy and Malcolm are very helpful and nice. Absolutely a super host! We are so happy with our stay!

Wow, what an amazing property and hosts. Emanuel and Alba were the best hosts, so friendly and proactive. Emanuel met us to take suitcases to the property when we arrived. I was in awe of the beautiful church just by the property in the piazza, before walking up the cobbled steps to the property where I stopped and took numerous photos of the stunning surroundings. Our apartment was very spacious, very clean. The fridge was stocked full of milk, water, yoghurt and drinks and the table was laden with breakfast pastries etc. when I woke up in the morning and saw the fantastic terrace, I never wanted to leave. We ate breakfast out there every morning, the views were amazing! My favourite part of the daWe were invited to their restaurant as guests which was just underneath the building. What a lovely evening, the food was incredible, Emanuel did magic tricks for the kids and we talked and ate as friends. Their hospitality was second to none. We are already planning to come back next year ?

We had a wonderful time here! It’s so easy to get the train in to Rome from the local train station (we drove but you could walk) and it’s not much for a ticket. There isn’t a lot to do in the area but we spent so much time in the house that it didn’t matter. The pool was so lovely and we spent a lot of time in there, especially the children! There are lots of comfy seating, especially on the balcony. A perfect place to sit with a book. The place is huge and has air conditioning in all the rooms except one, where there is a fan. The beds are very comfy!! I would recommend staying here!

The Villa was amazing I would defanatly recommend staying here to anyone, it was very clean had everything we needed comfortable and the host was there with any questions we had she even lent us some bikes to get around on as we did not hire a car but it is easy to walk into the town, there is a supermarket right around the corner witch was very convenient, amazing villa amazing host that went above and beyond to make us feel right at home if I could give more than 5 stars I would it was perfect.

It was a family riunione for Christmas. Everyone had an enjoyable time and the house was perfect.Danilo is a great host and it was a lovely surprise to find the Christmas decorations. I would love to repeat the experience and recommend it.

Aurora is a Wonderful Host super attentive to details! The house is more beautiful than in the photos , it offers total privacy (which is very rare in central Italy) , there is also an outdoor barbecue, a pool for exclusive use, beautiful garden polite leprots, a kitten that I would have adopted as it was kind and discreet and a brilliant Jacuzzi bath that will magically come out of your bed . Can't wait to come back !

A lovely little sanctuary nestled by the picturesque mountains and walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed our stay with our two young children :)
