Beach house holiday rentals in Terracina

the owners, Sylvia, and her husband, were very pleasant and provided us with excellent support. We arrived late in the evening at 11 p.m., and they came to pick us up from the train station. It's a gesture we'll never forget. the location is beautiful, we spent a lot of time at the beach which is just a few meters from the house. thank you Sylvia

We were two families with small children who rented and had a great experience. Doriana and co-hosts were very helpful. It was hard to find the place through the address but we got an exact pin to the listing that we could put into the GPS. It would be good if there were instructions for how the garbage sorting works in the house so everyone doesn't have to ask. We expected there to be more consumables such as salt, dish soap, toilet paper which it didn't but the host arranged for us when we asked. There were a lot of flies everywhere along the coast where we stayed, which meant that we didn't take advantage of the patio as much as we thought we would. According to information, it was due to the wetter weather that has been during the fall (we were there in October) and nothing like others staying during the summer had experienced. All in all we had a very good stay!

Ivo's house offers a unique view of the bay and is very well located for quick access to beaches and the city. Its access is deserved: access is accessed by an extremely narrow alley bordered by walls. Long live the Fiat 500!

Beautiful apartment with a fantastic view of the bay. The accommodation is well equipped and very specially furnished . To the beach it's a five minute. The communication with Luca was very straightforward and he was always available. Absolutely recommended.

We recently stayed at Lucas House, a lovely villa in the mountains of Scauri, just a short drive from Rome. The house is beautiful, with lots of space and comfortable beds. The views are amazing, and we loved both the private pool and the larger shared pool. Most rooms had air conditioning, which was great. Driving in the area can be tricky, but the "authentic" Italian experience makes it worthwhile. There aren't many tourists, which makes it feel very real, but it might be challenging language and service-wise if you prefer more tourist-friendly places. Overall, Lucas House was perfect for our big family. It is child-friendly, though the large marble stairs make it more suitable for children over 3.5 years old. It’s close to many beautiful spots and beaches. Dealing with Luca and his team was easy and smooth. Thank you, Luca, for hosting us in your wonderful villa!

We had an incredible stay at Gloria's place! It was the perfect fit for our group of 11, with a quiet location and easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it a breeze to cook up pasta and enjoy it al fresco with stunning sea views.

It is a beautiful house, furnished with a lot of love for detail. It really looks like the pictures. Due to the many seating options in the garden, you could sit somewhere else every time. The beds are fantastic and ensure very good rest. The beach is very close. We felt very comfortable.

The stay was just right for us. 10 min walk to the train or beach. One day we drove to Rome (3.80 EUR each way, about 45 min. to Termini) and walked our feet sore, the next day we were lazy on the beach (lounger+umbrella about 12 EUR) There are numerous good restaurants nearby. That's why we never cooked there. A grill is available. Until Anzio, it is recommended to have a car. You can park right in front of the house. We never used the pool around the corner that doesn't belong to the house. It was a very relaxing holiday and would book it again. In case of problems and wishes, Giulio was quick and helpful.

The place is nice, quiet, close to the sea and has been tastefully renovated. I recommend it and it feels good. The additional fees are carefully read so that there are no misunderstandings.

We've had a great time in Villa Lina. We are an extended family with various needs. And here it was easy to be. Large bedrooms, nice bathrooms, outdoor areas, not least the outdoor kitchen! And the proximity to the beach. Would highly recommend a stay here!

We spent a few days at this beautiful accommodation in Neptune and had a really great time. The house was exactly as described and shown in the photo: clean, cared for in every detail and equipped with all the necessary comforts. The atmosphere was welcoming and we immediately felt at home. A special thank you to the host Davide , always kind and helpful, who made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a special place to stay in Neptune!

We visited Villa Greg with 11 people, 5 of them children 10 years old and under, and it was absolutely PERFECTO! There was space for children to be children, and space for adults to gsther and share a meal or a bottle (or two or three...) of wine. Close to charming medieval towns and world class, Michelin starred dining, we could not have had a more amazing time.

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

We were very happy. Alessandro is a very kind and helpful person. The house is beautiful and is in a very convenient place, 7 min walk to the sea and 2 to get to the city center. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back

Villa corresponding to the photos, domotic, elegant, very clean, spacious, for those who love tranquility a short distance from the sea, parking is both inside and outside (private street), all with attention to detail.

Elena provides amazing hospitality and her flat is ideal for a relaxing family trip. The flat equipped with everything needed to spend a few days enjoying fresh air, sea and sun. Beaches are just 5 minutes away. We really enjoy staying in this flat and hope to come back.
