Accesso al mare distanza circa 100 metri (2 minuti a piedi) La villa é stata appena ristrutturata e completamente arredata con molta cura e attenzione ai dettagli. La casa si trova in un contesto non residenziale molto naturale e tranquillo. C'é un giardino con barbecue comune ai due appartamenti. Nel giardino ci sono tavoli e divani ad uso esclusivo. Appartamento luminoso e ventilato di circa 50 metri quadrati in villa bifamiliare a 100 m dal mare (lo stabilimento balneare più vicino si trova proprio di fronte alla casa) con giardino, gazebo, barbecue, e altalena per bimbi situato in zona residenziale tranquilla e silenziosa, con facilità di parcheggio e con bar, alimentari, supermercato e farmacia nel giro di circa 200 m. Stazione ferroviaria a 450 m con treno che in un'ora arriva al centro di Roma. Centro di Anzio a 2 km.

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

We had an excellent day and night in this apartment. The view is incredible. A lot of things in the kitchen for cooking. You don’t want to get out from this house maybe we would have appreciate a bottle of milk or something for breakfast. Could be an extra point. The bed was ok but not crazy. The rest perfect

The house is equipped with everything and more. In addition to the classic accessories found in many (but not all) accommodations (hairdryer, iron, drying rack, kitchen accessories...) here there is the world... hair straightener, immersion blender, thermal bag for the beach, food containers, anti-insect bite stick, Xbox😲... Every time we needed something, it was there! The house was very clean, the garden was wonderful with a hammock to enjoy the cool evenings. The barbecue area is equipped with everything. And last but not least, everything you need for the beach: umbrella, deckchair, beach towels. There are not many shops but there is everything you need and a stone's throw away, including an ice cream parlor and a restaurant that's not bad. The sea is not very close but easily reachable in a few minutes by car (free parking not difficult to find) or with the electric bikes made available. Mauro and Vladimira were two delightful people, present but discreet. I'll definitely be back.

Silvia provided instructions on how to get to the house, and they were very clear and easy to follow. Silvia is a wonderful hostess and she gave us great local recommendations! 10/10

I stayed in Giorgia's apartment with my family at Christmas time. The apartment was clean and organized in every detail. There are cleaning products, personal hygiene, and basic products in the kitchen. There is a beautiful terrace equipped with everything to stay outdoors and from which you can partially see the sea. A small manicured garden where you can leave the car parked completes the apartment. The staircase to access the apartment is also comfortable and illuminated by lights that are activated during the passage. I highly recommend it.

“We would like to sincerely thank Cristina for the wonderful place to stay. The apartment is very nice and big, with a perfect location close to the sea. Christine's hospitality was excellent. We had a memorable time here. The location is also ideal for excursions to Rome which is only about 40 minutes by car. And best of all: The nearest town is minutes away by car, great for shopping or eating.”

Truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a host on Airbnb. Giuseppe was flexible with check-in and was kind enough to stop by later to show us around. He also was incredibly responsive and provided helpful info regarding several questions we had about the area. The home itself is beautiful and incredibly peaceful. A great place to stay if you visit Gaeta.
