This is a great, spacious apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. There are several bus and tram lines providing access to the city center or main station within minutes. Great host too! Highly recommend.

Matthias is a great host. The apartment was clean and tidy and it has everything you need or require. Nearby there is a bus station that takes you everywhere ;) I liked the apartment and would definitely come back again.

Cosy place. Calm neighbourhood. Parking can be hard sometimes.

Dom is a really great host. The house was enough for our every need. Kitchen is really big and you can cook anything if you are into cooking. The close proximity to public transport was (S Bahn) was helpful. It was a really great stay.

It's a little far from downtown. If you walk out, it's a long way, and there are a lot of cars on the way. The place is small, and I personally recommend 3-4 people. (It's a little small for 5 people.) The place was clean, and the host was friendly. There were also enough items such as towels and toilet paper. There is also a grocery store close by! The bathroom is very large and pleasant, but there is no door or shower curtain in the shower booth, so there is a lot of water. It's good to be careful when putting something on the bathroom floor.

The communication with Jürgen was great! When we entered the accommodation, we felt right at home and the layout was great for our group consisting of two families. The location of the apartment and the view were just beautiful. There are also plenty of parking spaces available. The apartment and Jürgen as providers are definitely recommended.

We absolutely loved Dunja's place, it was everything and more! The communication and recommendations were great. Dunja is a lovely host, easily one of the nicest hosts we've come across when booking Airbnb. The Holzhutte was really special and the hot tub and sauna were such a lovely additional feature. Our family of 6 had a fantastic 3-night stay and we were truly sad to leave. We instantly felt at home here.

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

Julian is an outstanding host. He is helpful and always very quick to respond. The house is very big and has a really great kitchen. Especially the living room and terrace outside are perfect lounges for up to 10 people. We were there over New Year's Eve and watched a fireworks display on the lake a 20-minute walk away. In general, you are quickly in the countryside and the surroundings are quiet.

Great location for the Messe and concert, easy train access into Munich, lots of shops, cafes, restaurants close by. Spacious house, quiet and comfortable

My family and I have stayed at Airbnbs around the world. This was easily our favorite accommodation. It is a stunning, spacious, and well-equipped home with amenities to spare. My entire family’s only regret is not staying longer. We hope to return one day soon. The host was also a gem.

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

We chose the accommodation because it is centrally located for us for planned excursions to Füssen, Zugspitze, Legoland, Augsburg and Munich. The contact with the host was very pleasant, friendly and informative. If necessary, very quickly accessible otherwise very discreet and uncomplicated. We find Airbnb's placement fee to be significantly too high, but the landlord is not responsible for this. The house was fully furnished. Everything was in the house and in the kitchen and of good quality.

Good place to stay if you are a group of 8 people. Very convenient to park 2-3 cars !

The apartment is really nice! Spacious, very cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. It offers everything you need for a relaxing stay: a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy bedroom. The complete kitchen equipment with coffee machine and microwave is particularly great. The location is ideal – short distances to Garmisch and the best hiking destinations. The small town of Grainau is enchanting, and the view from the balcony is fascinating! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. They gave us helpful tips and ensured uncomplicated communication and handling of arrival and departure. Especially pleasant: There is a parking space right in front of the house. Thanks also to Aline for the very relaxing feel-good massage available at short notice – perfect for a little break! The value for money is absolutely right. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back.

The apartment is simply ideal, you have a parking space, the city center can be reached on foot in 5 minutes and yet you have your peace and quiet if you are there like us to the music festival and the whole city shakes. We also really liked the small garden area, ideal for balmy summer nights. Gabriele and her daughter were extremely helpful and the communication worked great. Highly recommended.

Rainer was incredibly nice and helpful. Have not understood how the bathtub works, that you first have to press the button tightly. Here he is also directly high and was quick to help us out. :) Really very spacious and beautiful. Especially the lots of sun that falls into the apartment.

Julian and Lisa were very accommodating hosts and we felt at ease staying in their accommodation for 3 days. Really clean property with homely touches which we appreciated. Great communication and great location 30 mins out of Munich.

the four of us stayed in the apartment ( two adults and two children) in the living room there would be a large table where we all had enough space and could also play nicely. the kitchen was well equipped with everything. Even flushing taps, coffee, salt, oil, etc were available. We can recommend them apartment at any time.

The host are welcoming us privately and explain the whole place facilities warmly and clearly. The place is very nice and big enough for 4 of us. The warm floor deck system is very useful during winter. Host providing many snack and complete coffee type. The environment is very peaceful and safe. The place is very recommended for us who want to taste the local taste in suburban of Munchen.
