Holiday rentals with a patio in Te Awamutu

Wow! We were truly blown away by John and Lynne’s place. Super responsive hosts that were more than happy to help. The place is stunning! We really lucked out with this accommodation. The history of the building and the way it’s been renovated makes this such a cool space. Clean, private, spacious and very comfortable. Positioned perfectly to walk basically anywhere. We now have a place that we’d book again and again anytime we find ourselves in Te Awamutu. We highly recommend and will be sharing this with friends and family. It can be hard finding a nice place on Air BnB sometimes but we were really spoilt with this one!!! If you’re heading to Te Awamutu, you know where to stay.

The BEST Air Bnb I have ever stayed at!! It is beautifully decorated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom has two sinks and a gorgeous walk in shower. The in unit washer/dryer is perfect for longer stays. Very peaceful location that is walking distance to Hamilton lake. Wayne is an AMAZING host and went above & beyond to make us feel at home! Highly recommend this Air Bnb.

Lovely spot - excellent location to Claudelands Area for our Summer concert !! Super super clean - lovely kitchen with everything you need - lovely soft beds and special little treat of some wine and chocolates Perfect for our needs and Chris and Kathryn were always super quick when we asked a question !

Ian’s apartment was fantastic—clean, modern, and packed with smart tech that made our stay super convenient. The location was perfect, just a short walk to great restaurants, the river, and all the local amenities. It was also priced really well for the area, making it a great value. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was lovely and spacious and very homely. And we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved that the water was uv treated rainwater so no chemicals! It was a nice central spot to go to places like hobbtion, blue springs, tauranga and rotorua. The kids loved it there and I think we'd all be be keen to visit again sometime. It just made our holiday! Thank you so much!

Great host so thank you Michelle Your home is gorgeous….very much felt homely and welcoming and comfortable. Had an 80th birthday to attend…so our stay felt very quick….will definitely book more than 1 night next time. Ticked every box and nothing I could add to improve. To sum it up was a beautiful experience.

The perfect stay for us! Victoria was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. The house is gorgeous with a stunning view and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Will definitely return!

Dee was so gracious and thoughtful. The house was exactly what we needed for 5 person stay in close proximity to hobbiton. Dinner was walkable into town and Dee was very responsive to questions without being intrusive.

Perfect location for where we needed to be. Very walkable 10 minute walk to town. There is a dairy a 1 minute walk across the road. Could get very hot in summer as no A/C in bedrooms, however we were comfortable enough at night and just used the A/C in lounge during the day.

This Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The place was beautifully renovated, with a modern and stylish feel that made it feel extra special. The beds were super comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The location was fantastic, with a ton of great restaurants nearby. Our host was incredibly sweet, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Having access to a garage was so convenient since we rented a car, it made parking a breeze. The place was spotless, which really added to the overall experience. Highly recommend!

The silos are beautiful and unique accommodation in raglan. Denise is a super friendly host who met me to let me in and she and her husband live downstairs so they’re available for support with anything that comes up. Denise was flexible about our chopping and changing arrangements which I always grateful for. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped (although we got takeaways), and the views are wonderful.

Fantastic apartment in a unique building, walkable to all of the restaurants and attractions in Raglan, while being more peaceful then places right in town. Denise was very communicative, and provided a lot of great local recommendations.

Very nice, clean and modern place to stay. very close to the town centre and beach. Definitely book here if I come to Raglan next time.

Great place to stay. Plenty of space for the 5 of us and everything we needed for the 2 nights. Being able to securely park our vehicle in the garage was a bonus. We Would happily recommend and stay again.
