Simple home with beautiful surroundings. Clean and spacious. Catered well for our big group. Specious backyard and close to everything. it's perfect for milford sound visit.

Cool place! it's 2 separate , locking rooms . Each with it's own bath that share a large common area . This was perfect for 2 couples traveling together. The hosts were so friendly and responsive . Comfy place nearby town .

If I could give Anna six stars, I would. Probably the best air b&b I've even been in. The place was beautiful, had an amazing energy to it. The kitchen was perfectly clean and stocked. Every room was clean, comfortable, wonderfully decorated, with anything you could possibly need and more. They go above and beyond here. The location was picturesque and peaceful, yet a 5 or 6 minute drive into Te Anau. Perfect

We felt so welcomed during our stay! This was such an amazing place for family travel - cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared (heating towel racks and heating blanket). It was within an easy driving distance to Milford Sound, which made our trip super convenient. The little touches from the host were truly heartwarming and showed such care. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Te Anau!

Lovely home. Warmed up very quickly with a heat pump and fireplace which was preset ready for use. Selena was very helpful and welcoming in her contacts with me. Her home was beautifully clean and felt right at home. Had everything we needed. Easy quick access to Doubtful Sound cruises. We had a lovely stay. Thank you

I stayed with my small family of 4 with two children aged 9 and 6. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone, especially to those with young family, its spacious, warm and comfortable with lots of amenities to use. Thanks for having us. Cheers Joy

Was a comfortable & cosy house in a quiet location. An ideal base for our Milford Sound trip. Would definitely stay again & recommend.

The homestead is beautiful. It’s like a time travel to the 70’s until 90’s. It reminded me of my grandparents house. The space is huge every thing is very well mantained and it has a beautiful sun coming in the afternoon. The whole precinct has a big garden and a lot of curious things to appreciate. Host was very kind and helpful. Very good breakfast provision for one to cook.

Perfect place for explorong the sounds. excellent value for money and very comfy beds.

We LOVED our stay at Lyn & Hans’s place! The house has everything you need, very clean, has new appliances and a cozy interior. We traveled with a toddler and hosts kindly provided us with a cot & a highchair. Lots of cute animals that you can pet and amazing 360 views of the mountains. If you can - get to know the hosts, they are the kindest people. 10/10 for this stay, we really enjoyed it! Thanks Lyn & Hans!

Awesome place cosy warm and great location!!!

Annabel's place was an ideal location for us to drive into Milford Sound ourselves in less than 2 hours. Her place has a picturesque backyard with rolling mountains, that were especially beautiful during sunset. As seen in her photos to her place! It was clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. We would stay longer if our trip permitted it!

The living room is very comfy, feels like home. They open the heater for us when we check in so the house is really warm. The kitchen is big with full equipment to be use. There is separate laundry room from the main house, so you can sleep very well. The bathroom look better than in the picture and it actually big. My family love your place a lots.
