Our cottage wasn’t ready when we arrived but Captain Al was very responsive and accommodating! He provided us another cottage in a timely manner and generously took care of our dinner tab while we waited. It was very chilly in Florida during our stay and Captain Al brought us an additional space heater to use during our stay. The location is amazing and the cottages are very unique! We’d definitely come back!

The house had everything you could need. The place was full of thoughtful products to help make the stay more comfortable. And peaceful tranquility of the backyard was an amazing way to just unwind at the end of the day. Great stay.

We had a wonderful Christmas at this charming cottage in Dunedin, FL! The home was immaculate, with a cozy yet open living, dining, and kitchen concept that made it perfect for family gatherings. With 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 clean, modern bathrooms, everyone had plenty of room to relax and unwind. The backyard was a standout feature—spacious, well-maintained, and ideal for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. The quiet neighborhood provided a peaceful retreat, yet we were just minutes away from the vibrant downtown area, filled with great shops, restaurants, and attractions. perfect spot for a large group or family!

This was by far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Beautiful and private with lots of amenities. Laura was always responsive, but we never had any issues. Everything was so well thought out and made our stay so relaxing and stress free. It truly was a little paradise.

Location, location, location! We loved staying at Tropi Cottage! Scott was great and greeted us upon arrival. His backyard is WOW! The cottage itself was comfortable and cozy but not cramped. The private parking outback was perfect and very accommodating. The cottage is about a 5-7 minute walk to shops and food options. You’re right in the mix of the marina area but at night we didn’t hear any hustle and bustle because you’re so tucked away at the cottage. It really was a great stay.

Amy was kind, approachable and flexible. We had a home away from home, an important part for our child, and it was very clean.

What a great host Dallas was. She was so attentive to our needs and the place was in a fabulous location for everything we needed during our weekend stay. If ever in Tampa again, we would definitely stay again! Her place was very comfortable and homey, and parking was great too!

Christopher is a great host. He was quick to respond to any inquiries from us and always available if needed. His place was exactly as described, and we appreciated the coffee and “goodies” provided. The location is great for accessing areas of interest- close to Crescent Lake and the dog park, and an easy drive to beaches and shopping. We enjoyed our month at Christopher’s place and hope to be back. The only issue we had was a few days of nasty weather, and Christopher would have fixed that if he could!

If you are looking for a historic, old-school Florida home, this is it. The only reason it isn’t a perfect score is that the hurricane closed most of the shops that make Pass-a-Grille quaint. We were able to support a few local restaurants, and the local traffic was very light. We wouldn’t have changed our trip, but it would have been good to know. It seems like businesses are working hard to get back on their feet. Overall a good experience. I appreciate Lisa’s great responsiveness.

The cottage was immaculately clean and comfortable. It was stocked with everything you would need such as kitchen necessities, toiletries, extra towels and beach items. The pool was beautiful and even lit up at night. It is a three minute walk to the beach and some of the bars and restaurants. It is a very quiet neighborhood. The host was extremely nice and responsive with everything. We would stay there again. And I loved the free library out front. I left a book in there ☺️If you are thinking about renting this cottage, you definitely should, you won't be disappointed.

The stay with Martine was excellent! She is super nice and very communicative. She offered us lots of local recommendations. I stayed with my dog and she was very kind to her also! Highly recommend this host!

This is probably our favorite Airbnb to date! The location is fantastic, on a street full of restaurants and bars, about a block from the beach. Yet, it was quiet! The place is very comfortable, with awesome and quirky decor, two bedrooms, and an air-conditioned, screened-in front porch, which was our dog’s favorite part! Great value!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Indian Shores Beach Cottage! Property was exactly as the photos describe, easy check-in, cute minimal decor which is always helpful traveling with children (less to babyproof), host was friendly and responsive, and best of all.. Location is just one block walk to the beach! A quiet, relaxing, tropical stay for our annual FL getaway! :)

Everything was LOVELY! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed, much appreciated! The home was super clean and peaceful. The pool was warm and clean ... the shower outside was amazing! Our stay was truly amazing and peaceful ... a home away from home.

Michael’s Citrus Cottage was perfect for our 6 day stay in Dunedin! It had all the amenities we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was one of the best I have seen in all the Airbnbs I have been to. The location is perfect also. Less than a 10 min walk to many restaurants, to 7 microbreweries, and many stores to satisfy your shopping itch. I would stay at Michel’s place again should we travel to Dunedin again.

We had to get another rental after our first fell through and Petie was so helpful in getting us set up quickly. Her hosting was attentive the entire time. And the place was so clean, well located and apportioned. The back patio was a great place to have breakfast and watch the boats and birds. It was a good space but ultimately the attentive hosting and being good with a last minute booking were what really pushed this over the top.

An easy and great stay about 10 minutes drive to Clearwater Beach! This was a perfect longer stay (1.5 weeks) for my wife, two medium sized dogs and I. The double rooms and desks were great for working from home, fenced backyard great for our dogs, and the front porch excellent for meals! We would definitely be back!

This was the first time staying in an Airbnb and I highly recommend this property and the management company, 5 stars ⭐️ . The home was just as advertised but better. Home was sparkling clean and I own a cleaning business in Tampa, so that says a lot! It was walkable to the beach, great restaurants and grocery stores. Everything you need for the first day/night to get you started on your getaway. The pool was clean and we loved the beach sand area of the pool area! The host and his associates were very responsive. We look forward to staying at this house or any of the other 29 properties the host has!

We had family to visit in New port Richie so it was an ideal area for us to stay . Nice touches to the little cottage . It had everything we needed . Comfortable bed, washer, dryer , shower, stove top, microwave and best of all ? Our dog was welcomed . People seemed friendly in the are . There was soft music playing for us upon our arrival . Host was next door but gave us plenty of space . Outdoor lighting was helping when we arrived at night

The location is golden. The place was private and had a perfect outdoor space for a dog. The cottage was very clean, sheets were fresh. We felt very comfortable and it's nice to have a king size bed. It is in walking distance to everything! Parking was easy.

Linda is a great host. The location was right on the beach which we especially loved!
