Really the perfect place for a few days in St. Petersburg. A quick walk a couple of blocks and there are a ton of bars and restaurants and cool little shops. There’s even an amazing pottery shop in the same building as the place we stayed.

My stay at the Rudens was great! The house was very well maintained and clean. The hosts were very responsive to our needs and always friendly. The property is in a great location, very close to the beach, restaurants, and other local activities. Would definitely book with the Rudens again!

These condos are so cute and clean! You don’t even need a car to stay here you are walking distance from the beach literally across the street. There’s a Walmart and a Publix a mile away and lots of shops and eating near by. The condos are clean comfortable and offer a lot of cool things. Like the extra room with all your beach needs and extra food and condiments! We’ve stayed here twice this summer and plan to continue to return back

The only thing I didn’t like was we couldn’t book again but that was my fault I tried to late. And I can see why this location is so popular .. lbvs we arrived on a late incoming flight and was still able to check in and get in with no problem. No one bothered us. It was easy to find.Everything was clean and ready for us. They have body wash and shampoo/conditioner dispensers Bathroom was clean and so was the kitchen. It was everything we needed for one day til we hit the port.checkout was easy. Wish it was available for our return. But we will definitely be booking again.

Amazing lil paradise in the middle of a busy city!!! We truly enjoyed this space; it’s incredibly clean, comfortable, and private!! Everything is near.. so many yummy eating options, and the little patio right outside the door was wonderful to get some fresh air!!! The only problem we had was that the wifi didn’t work majority of our stay, but that’s not the host’s fault!!! We will definitely return 😊

If I could give 10⭐️ I would. I felt like I was at home! I needed someone easy and flexible and the hosts were very accommodating. I was able to come in/out with ease and every interaction was very warm. The place has a mini washer/dryer which was helpful! Tons of space, the ac was perfect and I slept like a baby! The gentleman was very kind and helpful upon arrival and the woman was so sweet!!! I will be staying again whenever in Tampa. Thank you!! ❤️

Very nice accommodations and location! Minor problem connecting to the TV ( was confused on how to with the 2 remotes), but she rapidly worked with me to get it connected the next day. All great after that. On last night the electronic luck to get in didn't work, but she immediately got us in. Would stay again for sure! Location is ideal.

This is a great place to stay for solo travelers and/or couples. Joe's places has all that you would need for a short and even extended stay. Joe's description is 100% accurate and to the point. Not many places lay it all out for you to consider your stay. The location is central to Downtown St. Petersburg, the beaches and easy to navigate from in either direction. I'd recommend Joe's place and will stay again when visiting the St. Petersburg area!

This place is amazing! Very spacious, clean, modern and well decorated unit. They thought of every detail in terms of supplies within the unit. The location is awesome, so many restaurants and bars around. Close to the water and close to some fun areas in Tampa. View is awesome from the 23rd floor. Host was responsive and instructions and access were easy. The gym is amazing- way better than hotel gyms. The pool and party room were also awesome and nice to have. I never wanted to leave! I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in Tampa, it would be hard to find better!

Amy should hold a masters class in being an Airbnb host. She is fantastic. The apartment is absolutely spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and more. She is so detail oriented in all her information that she leaves for guests right down to the best area suggestions. She is quick to respond with helpful hints. She is a 5 star host and the apartment was 5 stars for our needs too. Highly recommend and very close to beautiful beaches too.

Our group had such a great stay. The location was great and it was the perfect spot for a beach weekend. Daniel was super helpful and responsive to any messages sent during our stay. We loved the spacious quirky layout of the apartment and would definitely stay here again!

house was in a quiet residential area but convenient to nearby stores and restaurants. Had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

Ernesto and Liz are excellent hosts. They are warm and friendly while also completely respecting the privacy of their guests. My husband and I found their place very comfortable for our nine night stay. We were able to make a good number of our meals right there and loved having use of their extremely generous and comfortable outdoor patio space as well. We enjoy biking while visiting St Pete and their location with very easy access to both St Pete and Gulfport via the bike trail was ideal. We were able to be in the area without a rental car thanks to that access and occasional use of UBER. It was especially fun to be invited to Ernesto's Birthday Party and get to meet some of their delightful friends as well. We would certainly stay there again when in the area.

Nice place. Huge balcony. Beach is right across the street. Restaurants are about a half mile walk. John's pass is also walkable. The place had 4 nice beach chairs, cooler and umbrella which was a huge plus for us. Everything was pretty seamless.
