Amazing house and best location in Santa Teresa! The internet was suitable for working (video calls etc.). Jeffe is a super nice and responsive host, I’d highly recommend staying here :)

Great spot, been coming to Santa Teresa since 2011, first time staying in malpais as opposed to Santa Teresa. Privacy and quietness preferred. Epic view and sunsets, just as good as ST. Absolutely need a ATV. Carmen and ST really aren’t a bad ride on the ATV either. Chanti hooked up the ATV & surf rack as well. Definitely for the adventurers.

This was such a wonderful stay! Giovanni’s place is more beautiful than the pictures. Giovanni was super responsive to the only issue we had and had it resolved quickly. He also gave a thorough list of recommendations and places to eat. Would book with Giovanni again in this same location.

Home located in a small, quiet and supervised neighborhood. The house is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The private pool is great. Listing managers are very responsive. Would recommend.

A beautiful villa located in a very safe and private place. The house has everything you need to feel at home. It is located on a very quiet beach and surrounded by beautiful views and many animals such as deer, macaws, sheep are observed.

We booked the Casa for 9 nights for our family and we absolutely loved it. The Casa shares a pool with the apartments, but there is a lot of privacy for all guests. As a self catering unit, the Casa has everything we needed to prepare and cook food, and there are quite a few well-stocked markets and shops within walking distance or a short drive away. The walk to Carmen beach, tidal pools and Santa Teresa are all within 5 minutes walk. We rented an ATV for our time there which helped us to explore and see more of the coastline - highly recommended to see as much as you can of the beautiful Nicoya peninsula. Francesca co-hosts the property and was incredibly helpful and quick to reply to our messages, queries, recommendations, advice etc. We really loved our stay and by the end of it, it felt like home! We didn't want to leave :) We will be back in Costa Rica and would absolutely look to book the Casa again for our stay.

A lovely place that met all our needs. Nice surroundings with a lovely pool. The place have a really good vibe and the owners Lucia and Leo were so friendly and helpful with everything. We really enjoyed our time here. There is a Soda just 350 m down the road (Sabor de Mar) which serve absolute excellent food and have a lovely staff.

It has been a spectacular stay, the house is very nice, comfortable and with a rope with the description and the photos. The owners communicated constantly and in a good way. Very safe and we are looking forward to returning

Magic place, amazing people

The place is located in Malpais, a quiet, spacious and safe parking area, with a clean pool, the comfortable rooms with everything you need, there is a super a few meters away to buy anything you need and a couple of restaurants nearby, of course surrounded by many beautiful beaches.

We arrived on Xmass eve and the stove did not work. We were so happily surprised by caretaker Sebastian’s quick action and immediate show up of the friendliest repairman. Great great great. Thank you and we’d like to repeat our stay !

Jessica and Mikey’s place was absolutely incredible. The beach is stunning and really peaceful with not a lot of people around. We ate at el barco and it was an amazing vibe with great food. The house was spotless and beautiful, my only concern was that the we new builds in close proximity to the house which changed the view and made it hard for us to find at night when we arrived because it didn’t look like the pictures from the road. I 100% recommend staying here though, such a great vacation spot ✌🏼

This home is such an amazing place to stay. Wonderful location, steps from the surf, amazing windows, so much natural light, amazing views from inside and the covered porch, comfortable furniture, beds. Truly one of the most memorable places. Cleaning staff and Karen are super attentive , responsive and nice. Thx you.

We loved staying here! The pool, the view, the proximity to great food and THE BEACH. Definitely need a 4wd to get up and down the hill! Don’t worry — if you’re not used to it, hosts will help with that. We will def be back to this place. By far our best AirBnB experience ever

We loved staying at Carly's place. The house had two bedrooms and a cool loft sleeping area. The backyard and the pool were nice additions. Having a designated parking spot was a big plus. It was a little tight for our SUV, but we were able to get in. It may be useful to have 4wd during rainy season as the road is steep. It's amazing how well they designed the backyard. Super stylish and cool, just bring some bug spray as there are mosquitoes. We highly recommend this STR.

Incredibly beautiful location that was always available to help us with anything we needed or asking questions. The location was breathtakingly beautiful. I would unquestionably suggest this area to anyone considering relocating. It has a really welcoming atmosphere, is close to all the eateries and the beach, and offers breathtaking views and wildlife in the center of the forest. It was simply incredible. Thank you to Alvaro and Sophia for memorable and spectacular vacation definitely will be back !!!

Great accommodation, very conveniently located, one block from the beach and beautiful beach club. It has all the comforts of a house , spacious, comfortable and added to this the services of the apart, cleanliness , pool and cafe available. Rotem is a great host, very smooth and helpful communication. We had a great time 🤍

Had an amazing time at Aviram’s place. The house is the perfect size, very comfortable and spotless - I spent a lot of time by the pool on hot days to cool off. The house is in a great location that is truly walkable to pretty much everything, including the beach which is basically across the street. Highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat!

Beautiful property, stunning sea view, very calm and relaxing
