Beautiful home. Fit 14 guests perfectly. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for 4 days. Would highly recommend staying here. So much space in this home for multiple families.

If you’re planning your stay in South Lake Tahoe, this home IS IT. We were a group of seven adults plus a baby and we were super comfortable throughout our six-night-stay. The home was exactly as described, extremely spacious and prepared with everything you’d need to feel right at home. We cooked four of the six nights, and to our surprise, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and then some! Not all rentals give such consideration to their guests like this. Additionally, the beds were all very comfortable and there was ample furniture to accommodate movie nights in. The large screen projector was a great added bonus that we all enjoyed! The location is perfectly situated- close to the town shops, restaurants and hiking trails, as well as Heavenly Ski Resort that we visited for four days. PS the hot tub is the perfect place to unwind after so much physical activity. Do not think twice if this home is available, just book it!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place is beautiful both inside and out, with a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to communicate and assist when needed. There was a minor incident during my stay, but it was not the host’s fault, and he handled it very well, ensuring everything was resolved smoothly. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely rebook if I return to the area. Highly recommended!

We have stayed at DonnerDayz hosted by John 4 times now. This is annual trip for my family and we have already re-booked for next year. John's home is absolutely perfect and he is extremely accommodating, friendly and proactive in his communication. If you are interested in staying in this home I recommend booking early. We made the mistake of not doing that last year and had to stay somewhere else. We will never make that mistake again. Thanks John for setting the stage for all the wonderful memories my family has in your amazing home.

Our family celebrated an early Thanksgiving at this location. The home was cozy and open so we all could be together while doing various activities, pool table was a plus for us. We took our two dogs who also had a blast exploring the forest around the home and neighborhood. An easy drive to South Lake Tahoe to take in many activities in town as well. Overall, would definitely book this place again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Luca’s house. Plenty of room for everyone. We especially enjoyed all of the available games since we had one of our days full of rain/snow. This house is great for large groups looking to spend time together. Everything you need has been provided within the house.

Magalli is a great host. Things happen that are out if one's control. But how issues are handled are more important than the presence of issues. Magalli handled everything well. Would definitely come again, as this lodge is a great space for larger groups. Rarely do you get an industrial stove/burners and a walk-in refrigerator for larger groups. Will come again, surely.

Highly recommend! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beth's house in South Lake Tahoe. We felt right at home. The listing is accurate and has everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Beth is a five-start host! She provided very clear instructions, great recommendations for restaurants and activities, and was super responsive. It's clear she's put a lot of thought into ensuring a seamless experience for her guests!

Great location for young families. Lots of snow so we didn't need to leave the house. We built a snow woman and plenty of room to build our own sled run in the backyard The hot tub was ideal to warm up after hours of playing in the snow. We had plenty of room in the kitchen to create delicious meals. it was a wonderful holiday weekend.

We had an amazing experience staying here with our family! The house was the perfect size, with plenty of beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. The location was ideal—we didn’t even need to leave to enjoy the snow! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making meal prep super easy. It was the best place for our family of eight to relax and feel at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable stay!

Chris let us check in early. That was much appreciated. We did not realize we could walk across the street to Gar Woods.. a restaurant we frequent when we visit Tahoe. The place was clean and matched the photos. We used all 4 bedrooms for our 3 families and enjoyed spending time together. We lucked out on both weather and traffic.

We had a fantastic time at this cabin! Being on the shuttle route in Northstar is so convenient! The big windows and thoughtful decor made this place so fun to stay at. We loved the hot tub and the cookies were such a sweet touch! We would love to stay again.

My family had so much fun visiting Ellen’s cabin - the house was great! Location was perfect, and the house had everything we needed. Ellen was super communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

My friends and I absolutely loved this spot! So conveniently located and very spacious house. We also greatly appreciated Allison's flexibility with early check-in especially with the snowy and rainy conditions on the road the day we arrived. We also loved that we got access to the Mountaineer shuttle to Palisades and Alpine Meadows. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary cookware and a great array of spices. Also, really appreciate the delicious wine and coffee left for us. We hope we can book this spot again the future!

What a marvelous weekend! The house was very much the centerpiece of the stay. We’ve been in a lot of rental properties, and this kitchen stand head and shoulders above the rest. Not only a fantastic space with top-notch appliances, but everything we needed to cook meals for a crowd and serve them too. Every single tool, utensil, pan or small appliance we needed was available. Big, airy and full of places to relax and play games, converse or just chill. Even a bear gave us a visit the first morning!

Booked at the last minute but host was super accommodating and instructions were great. Convenient location, close to stateline eateries, clubhouse with pool, pickleball, and ping pong were a hit with the kids.

This listing was absolutely fantastic! The house is incredibly spacious, modern, and yet still maintains a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It's also perfect for families. While adults were busy in the kitchen, the kids were entertained for hours with the abundant supply of games, toys, books and puzzles. One of the highlights was the open floor plan, including a line of sight to the hot tub, allowed the whole family to relax and enjoy each other's company, regardless of what everyone was doing. If you do want a little bit of space, the upstairs trundle room is a great addition, providing a dedicated play area for the kids. We were incredibly impressed and will definitely be booking this listing again in the future.

We had an amazing stay here. The place is stunning and spacious (close to downtown Truckee). Michelle was so kind and helpful throughout our trip. She quickly answered any questions we had and was incredibly accommodating. Would love to come back in the future!

Oh the drama of trying to organize a family vacation! The schedule comparing, the confirming of who is going, the choices of where exactly to go and what exactly to do, the closing one's eyes and praying quickly that the place you stay is as good as it looks online! And then, you arrive at Brockway Springs and- its perfect! Gated (safe and private), on the lake (views and lovely lapping wave sounds), amenity laden (lovely pool, dock, diving platform, etc), just a walk to Kings Beach for Whitecaps Pizza and mini golf. I was there for my 25th anniversary, and can't imagine it could've gone any better. Ella Callow
