Holiday rentals with a patio in T. Nagar

Loved this place it was close to walk to the beach in less than 10 mins ! Helpful manager and caretaker, also was able to do a load of washing in the machine which was really helpful. The kitchen was just right we mostly ate out but was good for making drinks and small snacks! Thankyou so much 🙏😇

Extremely clean place to stay and responsive host. Very well designed. The private pool is a great bonus. Sabarish, the host, was always available, be it late nights, or early mornings.

I like this place very cozy, it's not very spacious but nice place because it was more than I expected. This place have all the basic needs (utensils, LPG gas stove, fridge, provisions, Water filter, geyser). Balcony view was cherry on the top and L shape sofa as well. If I come to Chennai again I'll go for this place for sure.

Amazing and a cozy stay. Flat was very clean and tidy. Really felt like home. Gowri madam is very responsive host. We had a hassleless check-in and check-out. A Perfect Stay for a Wedding Celebration – Highly Recommended! We recently stayed at this wonderful 4-bedroom villa in Chennai for four days, and it exceeded all our expectations. We chose this villa because of its proximity to the wedding venue, and it turned out to be the perfect hub for the bride’s family, as we were traveling from Delhi. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spacious rooms, beautiful backyard, and well-maintained lawns. The swimming pool, gazebo, and front and side lawns added to the charm, making it an ideal place for relaxation and celebration. We had a 7-year-old with us, and he was never bored—table tennis, swimming, Monopoly, and chess kept him entertained throughout. The villa comfortably accommodated 10 of us, and we even hosted the Haldi and Mehendi ceremonies here, with over 20 guests joining us. The space was perfect for these events, and everyone had a fantastic time. The host was excellent, and help was available on-site whenever need

Good place for small get-together and party.

The place is quite good and is located in a large, peaceful apartment complex on ECR. The recliner sofas and lounger are the USPs of this place. It was very relaxing to sit on the sofa and watch the TV.

We felt like home. I initially booked the place for a week but ended up extending for a month. We were in Chennai for medical reasons. Cleanliness is one of the main things I was looking for and the place was clean. It has the most of the amenities that you require for long term stay. Also the neighborhood is very quiet, peaceful and safe. My mom really liked the place and neighborhood. There are 3 supermarkets within 2 to 5 minutes of walk and some restaurants as well. As a host, Muthuezhilan has been excellent as well. He was quick to address our needs whenever there was any. I will stay at this place again if I visit Chennai again.

We had a delightful stay in a truly beautiful place. However, there were a couple of inconveniences. The pool, while lovely, wasn't private, and we weren't informed about the requirement for swimming caps, preventing us from using it. Additionally, we couldn't enjoy the pool table as we were asked to bring our own cues. Overall, despite these minor issues, the experience was positive.

Amazing place! Great location literally next to the mall. Spacious. Everything is labeled for ease of use. Host is very responsive, would stay again in a heartbeat.
