Holiday rentals with a pool in Svoboda nad Úpou

We stayed at this house for a week in September and can really recommend it to anyone. The location is absolutely perfect with views of the mountains. Nevertheless, the connection to restaurants or the supermarket has been very good (by car). The kitchen and also the rest of the house is perfectly equipped in my opinion. There are all kitchen utensils from casserole to serving tablet, skewers for the campfire, and much more. Check-in was super easy, as was communication with Petr. Glad to come back!

The house is fully as described and is in a great location. It is very spacious and provides plenty of space to comfortably accommodate a larger group of people. The owner is incredibly attentive, always available and willing to do everything to make our stay memorable. Recommended!

This is a fantastic house in a beautiful location. Everything is clean and clutter-free. A herd of sheep lives in the fenced meadow under the house. You can spend hours watching them from the open living room, immersed in the tranquility of the surroundings 🐑. When booking the place, I was worried there would be no AC, as summers are known to be hot in Czechia. Fortunately, the house is on a hill, and there's always a light breeze. Opening the windows is enough for a comfortable stay and sleep, even on a hot day. The internet connection is OK for browsing and one Zoom call. When we had two parallel Zoom calls, it started to lag, and one of us had to leave. Romana responds very fast and helps with every detail of your stay. She offered to let us use the veggies from her garden, so we had yummy, fresh salads every day 🥗.

we were 10 people and the house was big eanogh for each one of us to have a room and privacy. the house was very clean and comfortable. the hosts were available for anything and answered quickly. we had a very good experience and we recommend it highly.

We celebrated New Year's Eve for the place and I'm sure it wasn't the last time. The place was beautiful and clean. Mr. Lukáš was in great communication with us, so we have nothing to complain about. Thank you.

The kids were excited about the garden, the trampoline, the pool. Nice apartment beautifully connected to the garden. We had everything we needed. Dear hosts. Thank you and we recommend.

Everything was fine, clean, well-equipped kitchen, we were very satisfied. The host was very kind, she always responded quickly and briefly to the message, we found and understood everything, so great.

The best place and hosts you could ever imagine. The Apartament is perfectly clear and fully equiped. You will find everything you need starting with towels, shower gel, shampoo and all herbs, seasonings and oil in the kitchen. There is coffee machine and full range of capsule coffees and variety of tees. Very nice and modern interior with traditional mountain twist. The chimney adds even more charm to this place. Hosts - Rob and Jindra feel like your close friends. They are much more than kind and much more than helpfull. You should follow all the recomendations given by them, they know everything about good slopes, restaurants and shops around. They helped us with our car, moreover Rob gived us a lift to the best ski area in region. Great people and a perfect place, for sure we will come back. Thank you <3

Very nice place, big space, good amenities, beautifully clean everywhere. Quiet nearby.

nadine and her family were very welcoming. the place was tidy and clean and larger than it d appear in the pictures. we comfortably spent a week there with our company of six. only things the house could use would be a washing machine and perhaps some games or toys for the Kids, but over all it is a great place that s well worth the stay!

the accommodation is suitable for groups of moms with children. I was told that there was no potty, so there were 2 toys for children and even two cribs. Otherwise, everything was okay. There's also a slide,carousel, and trampoline in the garden, so the kids took off.

Lovely home. Would visit again.
