Holiday rentals with a patio in Svoboda nad Úpou

The apartment we rented with Krzysztof met our expectations 100%. We were looking for a quiet and clean place, and it was. A small kitchen allowed us to prepare meals. We could also use the Sauna, which we had in the apartment. Very nice place. Highly recommend!

My friends and I were very happy with the rest. Beautiful place, very well equipped with kitchen wares (more dishes and silverware than people, so we could collect before we let the dishwasher go). Different types of grater, scissors, baby dishes, strainer and much more. We easily cooked all our meals there (there is also a stove, oven, and microwave). We also had access to cleaning supplies, a supply of chemicals for the dishwasher, and utensils like garbage bags, sponges, cloths, a broom, and even a vacuum cleaner, which made it extremely easy to keep things tidy during your stay. The apartment is as described and photographed. Mute, so the presence of other guests in the building didn't bother us. Great contact with the owner. You should book a wellness area in advance, because we were only able to use it 3 times, because we didn't book it early enough (we were in the New Year break, so in high season) Highly recommended☺️

Great host who was always one message away, the apartment was well-maintained and clean. Comfortable mattress and big balcony, 4 minutes away from the city center. Highly recommended!

The apartment was as in the pictures and everything was a great fit. Perfect for 2 people. The small ski resort there can be reached directly across the meadow by car or by ski. The large ski resort only by car. There are nice cozy restaurants in the area, which are within walking distance. And there is really nothing wrong with the apartment. We felt completely slowed down and very comfortable! Since we were there over Christmas, we were even welcomed with a small fir tree and a nice gift. A really nice touch from the hostess!

Here, guests are offered a very great house. How beautifully this old house has been renovated and modernly equipped, without losing the character! Beautiful walks could already be taken from the house, but Iserkamm and Schneekoppe are also not far away. We always had nice weather even at the beginning of January, albeit slippery paths on the mountains, so spikes or poles are recommended. I was in the Giant Mountains for the fourth time in winter, Sylvia's house was the nicest place to stay. I look forward to visiting in summer or autumn!

We loved staying here! The house is spacious, charming and comfortable. and the hosts are wonderful people that made our visit in this beautiful area very special 💗 Ursula and her husband helped us with great generosity with all we needed. They took us to the local market, told us about the history of the place and even invited all of us to a home made traditional chicken soup 🍲 We highly recommend the hosts and the house!

My son had a game nearby on Saturday morning, so we decided on a shortened weekend on bikes in České Skalica and the surrounding area. Mr. Vít responded almost immediately to a check-in inquiry and we immediately agreed. The place is really beautiful, clean and in a quiet location. We can only confirm that everything you need is really close to the 😀 Accommodation, and if we have a trip to this location, we will be happy to come back.

The place was really cool. There were basic groceries, good kitchen equipment, cutting board reduction, step, (unused potty, high chair and crib) for children shop. The apartment is small, but we comfortably got here at 4. Children appreciated the games that were available. Right next to the house is the ICU and Norma walk 3 minutes away. Dáel is a bakery with a pastry shop, a short walk away is two good restaurants. Parking in a covered parking lot. Possibility to store things in the basement. Blanka was willing and responsive. Thank you so much, and we'd love to come back on our next trip to Harrachov.

Great place to stay, even nicer than the photos. Everything is clean and well-prepared. Fully equipped kitchen with basic ingredients (oil, spices,...). Great communication with the host.

The only minor point of criticism: At least you could have responded to our message or request. Even if the answer was "no", it would be ok. Or if you said in retrospect you missed the message, it would be ok as well. However, no one likes to be ignored. Otherwise, I can definitely recommend both the accommodation and Monika as a host.

We were in the apartment for skiing as a family with three children. The apartment is very well located and practical and modern. Everyone was able to sleep well. The sofa was for pulling out and folded down very quickly. We were very pleased. It was a lovely holiday. It was particularly important for us that everything was available at foot. Shopping right next door, a great bakery for 3 minutes and the ski slopes are also right around the corner. Unfortunately, parking in Harrachov is lacking and one can be found with a lot of stress. The parking lot with closet is safe and easy. We'll be back for sure. Perfect.
