Monthly Rentals in Svinninge

Everything very nice, nice place and very good owner

We had three very nice weeks in the accommodation which is very well equipped, there really is nothing missing! We were able to enjoy the view to the garden and sea, and discover a beautiful landscape under the snow and frost in early January. Kajsa was very welcome. It makes you want to come back to discover the place in the summer.

I loved Line's place. It was clean & cozy and I felt right at home. The location feels very private even though it is located on her houses premises. It was a lovely stay, even though I had to work (from there) most of the time. Perfect in everyway, would definitely come back. Tack so mycket!

The host is very responsive, typically replies within an hour. the check in and check out were very easy, clear instructions were sent out by the host. the place is clean and looks exactly as in the photos. it's 7 minutes walking distance from the train station (Täby Kyrkby) and the train goes directly to Stockholm's East station (takes 15-20min) where there is the metro (tunnelbana) near the train station in the are you can find a gym, a supermarket and a cosy coffee shop called Kardemumma. there is a natural reserve facing the apartment and lots of nature. All in all a great place to stay at a great value, quite easy and fast to commute to the center.
