Five people stayed in the house, and everything was sufficient, we had everything we needed, including all the necessary appliances and even more :) The only significant downside is that during cold weather, it takes more than a day for the house to warm up to a comfortable temperature, and the windows are drafty, which can be inconvenient in winter.

This is a great house in Mestia within walking distance of the city centre. The house is very warm and cosy, even in winter. Davit is a great host — friendly and helpful. The last time I visited Mestia, I stayed outside the town, in a quiet forested area. This time, being closer to the centre, I noticed that the dogs barking at night could be a bit disturbing. However, this is not specific to this house, it’s just that there are many dogs in Mestia, so keep that in mind. Overall, I highly recommend this place. It’s a lovely house with a great host. Amazing stay at the A-frame in Mestia! Beautiful design, stunning views, and a perfect location near trails. Cozy, well-equipped, and pet-friendly - our dogs loved it too! The hosts were welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!
