Monthly Rentals in Suttons Bay

Loved our stay!! The host was very responsive and the place was super clean and just what we were looking for.

The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable, with everything you could possibly want from a home away from home. There are QR codes for directions for things like the coffee maker and the thermostat in case you need them, a guidebook that has all the local restaurants and shopping details, and then there's the little things like coffee and snacks, and local goodies. We've stayed at Kara's properties several times and they are always top notch. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals, there are plenty of towels and toiletries if you need them, and the games, books, toys, etc. ensure that no one will be bored! We particularly enjoyed watching the deer bedding down for the snow storm in the back yard, and warming up by the fireplace after a day of being out in the snow. Thanks for making another vacation memorable!

Great location with a super host. Only small issues — no freezer for the ice pad we need for a knee issue and, the bed, though comfortable is insanely high — even with a step stool was tough for my five foot wife to get in and out of. Super thick mattress plus a couple inch topper. Incredibly well stocked and super clean. Parking was a breeze and the front deck was a real nice bonus. Wonderful experience.

Great location in Suttons Bay for our visit. Close proximity to TART bike trail and plenty of wineries, restaurants, and a nearby waterfront park. Can’t beat the views in the fall time. Great hosts who were friendly and accommodating. Space was very clean and comfortable. We would happily stay here again!
