K-Ville is a great, down to earth, off-grid spot to get away. We enjoyed drifting off to sleep to the sounds of the night. Make sure to read the description and instructions in full, and you’ll have no trouble finding the place, and enjoying your time here! If you’re looking for a 5-star hotel experience, this is not the place for you. The experience here is closer to that of camping.

This was our 2nd time back, it was truly fantastic. It was perfect for a Valentine’s Day getaway where we could unplug without having to completely “unplug”. It was so peaceful and beautiful, even with the cold weather outside.

This was our second time staying at Damian's cabin. The cabin was the perfect size for the 4 of us. Damian greeted us with a fire going outside and showed us around the cabin plus gave us a few suggestions for fishing spots. The cabin is just as described as listed, the perfect spot to disconnect and relax. We had beautiful weather and clear nights which really allowed us to enjoy the outdoors. We look forward to returning again next year.

We were looking for a quiet family getaway while visiting family in the area - this was the perfect place. The surrounding area was gorgeous, surrounded by fall leaves with a nearby lake to take in. Robert was a generous and responsive host - would absolutely recommend!

My husband and I got married here and decided to stay in the same exact cabin as our wedding night on our 5 year anniversary. We adore Lisa and Doug, they are so friendly and the space is so relaxing and beautiful. All of my friends were jealous that we went back!!

We had a great stay at Jennifer and Deans cabin! It was very cozy and warm in the snowy weather, and Chloe gave us a great tour of the farm animals:) Jennifer was very kind in providing a bottle of wine and some local goodies, and we especially loved the cozy loft, comfortable couch and bathtub to relax in.

My husband & I made impromptu plans to ski Belleayre and were pleasantly surprised to find this sweet little cabin. It has everything we needed and nothing we didn’t 😊 The place is VERY tiny and I lean claustrophobic but after the first night it felt just right. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, the kitchen is well-stocked for such a small space, the heat works great and the hot water was HOT! It was nice for us to unplug a bit—WiFi worked wonderfully—no TV found us playing cards in the kitchen which was fun. Renee & Andrew were extraordinarily communicative (not just form msgs) and proactive—even offering us early checkin, which was a first for us seasoned Airbnb-ers and just felt thoughtful & nice. We brought our dog—they provide treats for pet-guests which was sweet. Final thoughts: there was oil & a variety of spices, coffee and a proper array of cooking pots/utensils-we stayed in a full house recently that didn’t. Again: everything you need, nothing you don’t.

Special little cottage. we only stay here when in the area. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The basket of warm fuzzy socks, in case the floors are cold, complimentary coffee and tea k cups, little charging unit (added extra this year!) All the thought put into preparing the house for guests doesn't go unnoticed! Close to everything but secluded in a little nook off the beat and path!

The Cabin is so cute and cozy, a beautiful place for a getaway. Susan is a great host, responds quickly, and has such a great disposition, checking on you and your stay. Extremly reliable host. I just great things to say about the place and the people who runs it.

Great little weekend getaway. Super snowy weekend so wasn’t able to do much around town but the space was nice and cozy to relax in! Sam was super responsive and helped with anything we needed. Would definitely come back!

The house was very nice and had a great view. It felt cozy and was a good size for 2 people + small dog. Host is very responsive and gives great instructions to park and find the house that would otherwise be quite tricky. It’s very nice of Tom to give such great recommendations for the area.

This is the best place to stay id you want to get away from all the fast pace life and just spend time and relax eith a significant other. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet peaceful weekend.

Great Stay in a Cozy Tiny Home! This was such a great little spot—charming, well-designed, and perfect for a cozy getaway. The tiny home couldn’t have been more comfortable, and we loved the peaceful surroundings. The thoughtful touches throughout, like the fancy coffee machine and the bottle of wine left for us, made the space feel extra welcoming. We visited in the winter, so we didn’t get to fully enjoy the outdoor amenities, but they looked fantastic, and we can imagine how great they would be in warmer months. The location was also ideal, with easy access to great hiking trails and some fantastic local restaurants nearby. We loved Olivers and Maeve's Place. You may want to bring your own pillows and a good eye mask if you're staying in the upstairs bedroom, as it doesn't have real pillows—just decorative ones—and there are no window coverings. Overall, a wonderful stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and unique escape!

My friend and I stayed the weekend at Gloria's place as a weekend of "rest" for us. we had a blast. the hot tub was a hit while watching the fire. hot tub was very clean! We already decided we will book again! We loved your place!

Such a cute spot — right on the bank of the river, close to great spots for dinner and nice walks.

My husband and I enjoyed a peaceful stay at the treehouse. We enjoyed the winter views out the window. It was very warm and cozy. We absolutely loved the breakfast and the hosts are very kind. We liked that we could bring our dog with us. One thing to note is if you have any sort of pain or discomfort in your back, you might not have the best night of sleep. My husband was absolutely fine and slept great but I did wake several times due to lower back pain having to do with the bed.

Such a relaxing place. It was very clean and had tons of supplies! Definitely would come again!

We loved the space and had a great time! We enjoyed the camping experience - smores and all! It is a cute space and perfect for a weekend. Alan was very responsive and helpful. The only tweak I would ask is the hot water, which was not consistent. It was not a huge deal, but that would have made the stay even more perfect.

Can’t say enough: perfectly placed, private and serene. Serene and relaxing. Great star gazing without light pollution.

Amazing place - perfect for romantic getaway just 2 hours from the city. The place is cute and has all things you need for a night in. They have the cutest alpacas and dogs, make sure to drop by their pen and say hi! The views, both at night and during the day, are amazing and we’d recommend carrying some firewood to light up a bonfire, a setup for which is, right outside the cabin. Cory and Sonia are amazing hosts. Our car got stuck in the snow in their driveway and they personally came and helped us get it out and also made sure to drop us back on the road in the morning. Amazing stay!

The Place was exactly as in the pictures, the only downside was the snow but the place has everything you need. Thank you Ricky

Chris was an excellent host! He was very helpful and considerate prior to us even checking in at the Airbnb. We arrived to a warm cabin in the middle of winter thanks to Chris keeping a fire running for hours ahead of time. He also offered to drive us from his driveway to the cabin, and even helped push our car after it got stuck in the mud on a very rainy evening. The place was spotless, equipped with plenty of furnishings we didn't even think to bring with us for our stay, it was stocked up on firewood, and we felt right at home instantly. We would be thrilled to stay here again!
