It was a great place to stay. Cute, cozy living space. Lots of good hiking trails nearby.

LOVELY LITTLE "GEM" IN THE CATSKILL MOUNTAINS NEAR THE HUDSON RIVER! THE CUTEST LITTLE CONVERTED "MILK BARN" WHICH WAS RUSTIC, QUIET, PEACEFUL, BEAUTIFUL AND HAD THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED YOU COULD EVER IMAGINE. RIO WAS RIGHT THERE WHEN WE PULLED UP AND EVEN INTRODUCED US TO HIS LOVELY MOTHER. THIS AIRBNB IS VERY UNIQUE IN THE COUNTRY, YOU WILL LOVE IT! WE REALLY FELT LIKE WE HAD STEPPED BACK IN TIME AND WERE ABLE TO GET A PEACEFUL NIGHTS SLEEP. JUST WANTED TO MENTION HOW FRIENDLY RIO IS, IS EASY TO TALK TOO, AND WE WE'RETHANKFUL FOR THE RECOMMENDATION HE GAVE US FOR BREAKFAST. WE FOUND THE PERFECT AIRBNB WHILE WE WERE VISITING THE NEARBY WALKWAY OVER THE HUDSON RIVER, SO FOR ALL THESE REASONS WE GIVE THIS AIRBNB.....10 STARS!

Sara’s Barn is an amazing place to stay if you’re looking for a disconnect and peaceful weekend. Their barn is located in a great area with a good view of the landscape from inside the barn and outside. It is exactly what you see in the pictures, if not even better. Sara was a great host always open to any questions and willing to help us with anything we may have needed. I will 100% come back here in the near future to enjoy this barn again. I highly recommend!!!

Our family had a wonderful time at Larissa’s farm. Our three kids loved working on the farm - learning, contributing, and being outside - and Larissa is just such a kind person who was super patient with the kids. The apartment was great, everything you need for a short stay, and was just what we were looking for, clean and well-kept. Larissa provides a ton of info about stores and restaurants and activities nearby, and we just had such a fantastic and relaxing time. Highly recommend!

Joe and Amy were excellent and kind hosts. Always very responsive and we’re very welcoming upon arrival. Place was very calm and peaceful, and we really enjoyed our stay. Would love to return in the spring!

I chose this lovely home to host a teacher training gathering for a few days after a conference in the area. It was a perfect size for our small group. The barn acted as a nice meeting space, and felt spacious with the big doors open! The home is tucked away on some beautiful land, with a waterfall and a pond in walking distance. Cool art all around and eclectic furniture. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I LOVED this place! It reminded us of when we first started staying in Airbnbs and found some really cool spots that were clearly well loved and lived in. Jessi’s place checked all the boxes for our weekend away- peaceful, rural with beautiful views, truly dog friendly, cozy and comfortable inside with all the details covered. Not to mention I loved all the equestrian decor 😁 Beds were super comfortable, fireplace was lovely for a snowy weekend, and kitchen was well equipped. We’re grateful and hope to come back again!

Amy's house was a great location for a weekend getaway with the family. Literally down the street from Woodstock's main street, all the great food and shops that Woodstock has to offer were within reach. The house itself was very clean and comfortable and most importantly - warm! The weekend we went was particularly cold but we were very comfortable in the house. And when 6 inches of snow fell overnight, Amy was very responsive and had someone swing by the house in the morning to shovel the driveway and walkway. Additionally, the house had everything we needed for our pasta night with an added unqiue, old school charm to it. Highly recommend!

We loved that this place was out of town and had a great view of surrounding farms. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The only issue we had was that the room is above a working barn, so we heard people in and out of the barn early in the morning. It wasn’t extremely loud, but if you sleep light it might be an issue.

My wife and I loved our stay in this cottage! It was the perfect location for a long weekend getaway. We were only minutes away from New Hope, Peddlers Village, and Doylestown, but when we were in the cottage we felt like we could disconnect and relax. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace and board games when we were snowed in one evening, and we were able to explore the hiking trails in the snow the next morning. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Absolutely amazing AirBnB and host. William's retreat was spectacular. When we first pulled in I thought it was much closer to the house than expected, but you have complete privacy with windows on three sides all facing away from the house. We never saw anyone else and had complete serenity. The hot tub was absolutely amazing, with robes and slippers and a beautiful shower when back inside. The space is extremely comfortable and the bed was the best we've ever slept in in an AirBnB. The house has incredible amenities -- everything you need in the kitchen, blankets on the couch, walking sticks for hikes, a backpack for a picnic, a closet full of replenishments, and a bottle of wine! I honestly cannot wait to stay here again. The view is incredible and we spent a ton of time just standing in the kitchen gazing out at nature. Thank you for a great and relaxing stay!

The Copper Barn was a wonderful place to stay for a family wedding in the area. There was plenty of room for my husband and me, as well as our adult children. The place was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Richelle was communicative and friendly. Altogether a terrific experience.

We had a wonderful time! This home felt like a home away from home and we will definitely be returning! The house had everything you needed… the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook, and also the location was within five minutes of Hunter Mountain. It was so lovely to wake up with a cup of coffee and views of the mountain!

Emily and Max were great hosts! The barn was extermly well stocked and clean. They cleaned the driveway and walkway for us every morning to ensure we were safe. Our dogs loved to walk on the property, and the inside was very pet friendly (we have two large dogs). Overall a great stay, and would recommend to anyone with pets staying in the Hudson Valley.

Booked this place and a few others in the same "compound" to have a cozy girls craft weekend away. It was PERFECT for this. The Barn served as the hub for the 14 women who attended. Beautiful, easy to use kitchen to prepare all our meals. It was pretty well stocked with every sort of gadget you require. Everyone had their own bathroom and a gigantic bed to retire to at the end of the night. It was absolutely perfect!

Loved the place! It has the barn outside and the cozy warm feeling on the inside. You would never know you were in a barn. You have to pet the cat sammy. Right by walkins glens make sure ti visit the gorge

We had a lovely weekend staying at Vanita's home. It was the perfect, cozy place to spend a snowy weekend and we enjoyed great walks by the water in Woodstock. Look forward to staying again!

The place is amazing. So close to Phoenicia and great hiking and yet remote enough that you will rarely see a car on your road. The stars at night! Definitely plan on sitting out and stargazing on a clear night. There seems to be a disconnect sometimes in reviews for mountain cabins. I have seen people rant as if they expected a Four Seasons accommodation in the middle of the woods. It is an outdoor house during the cooling fall months so, yes, there may be a mouse or two you may see or hear, but that is the nature of nearly every home this time of year and especially remote wooded homes. Just saying so you have an accurate picture of where you are going and don't attack the host or ding the review (I once saw a review for a Catskills house that said it was "difficult to get to" and "remote". LOL) Can't wait to return. Such a great find.

Staying here was wonderful and Anne was an incredibly gracious and proactive host. The property is quite nice and a perfect place for a weekend getaway. The space works out great for two people, is very cozy, and well stocked with anything type of kitchen utensils you might need if you were to stay in and cook. Would recommend staying here if you want to explore Longwood, Kennet square, or West Chester. Thank you for a lovely weekend Anne!

We had a wonderful stay at Falcon Overlook!! Arrived on Superbowl Sunday, and they already had the pregame show on the TV for us! The views were beautiful, and it was so quiet! We were given mini muffins and bagels for breakfast which was so thoughtful. The barndominium was super cozy despite the 20 something temps outside. The area has everything you could want. We will be back…this was one of our top 5 favorites, and we’ve been to approximately 25 Airbnb’s!!

My fiancé, our dog, and I stayed here for a quiet NYE staycation. We stayed for two nights and absolutely loved it. The space was very clean and accurate to the pictures posted on the listing. There was another family with a dog who was staying in the main house at the same time we were, however, we never really heard them. Our favorite part was the bottle of red wine from Millbrook Winery left on the kitchen table for us. We always appreciate a personal touch from an Airbnb hose! We hope to be back soon!

I stayed at the Cupcake Cottage for about six days alone, relaxing. And some skiing and remote work. My family later joined me for the weekend of skiing and the cabin was more than an enough for all of us. The decor is stylish, the vibe is super relaxing, and the overall atmosphere around the fireplace is perfect after being outside. Go to the Cupcake Cottage guaranteed to have a wonderful time.

Beautiful place, amazing view Very clean, Charlotte was very responsive, you are right above the horse stables very cool. You can uber to Downtown only 5 minutes away. Kitchen had everything you need. Would deff recommend

My family and I stayed here for a short weekend getaway to go skiing at Plattekill mt . The house was absolutely stunning extremely clean, clutter free. Lots of space and bathrooms to accommodate my family. The view was amazing. This had to be one of the most relaxing vacations ever . My family, and I just enjoyed every moment of it. Between gathering around in the kitchen just to talk , or relaxing on the couch and watching the fire burn in the fireplace to the hot tub and of course the view of the mountains just spectacular. I would definitely recommend this home. I’m looking forward to going back again. ❤️
