Valorie was quick to respond to any questions or issues. Nice neighborhood, very quiet and close to everything. I would definitely stay at this home again.

This is a peaceful, out-of-the-way, quiet location. Cozy. I was away all day every day at a conference in Peoria, so I didn't get to enjoy the outside seating. But I could hear birds, owls, roosters.... it was lovely. Very restorative after interacting and working twelve hours! Susan leaves you alone, but seems very available had I needed anything.

Dawn is beyond a super host. The day before I checked in she let me know that the original space I requested was extending their stay and she asked if it was OK to move to a different unit. She sent me all of the details and told me that I if I did not want to move she would give me a full refund no questions asked. I took the alternate room and could not be happier. The unit is in immaculate condition and Dawn is the best in the business. She was very flexible with my check-in time and very accommodating. The complex is huge, and Dawn goes above and beyond to send you a map to the exact location. My advice is to hold onto the map that she sends you so you can share it with any delivery people from DoorDash, Uber eats or any packages you have delivered. I recommend and her properties 1000%. the only issue that I had with the unit was an outage of the Wi-Fi, which only lasted a few hours and was not the fault of Dawn, rather the service provider. I highly recommend. Thank you, Dawn!
