Monthly Rentals in Surprise

The condo was perfect for me. I stayed for 2 months. Very quiet and was stocked with everything I needed. The view from the large balcony was great. Watched Surprise holiday fireworks from the balcony one evening. Liked having a garage. Hosts were very responsive. Would strongly recommend.

This house is very convenient. 17 minutes from State Farm stadium, 1 block from driving range and pro shop, a very short way to Fry’s grocery store, hospital 2 blocks away

We were very impressed with Wendy and the house. Wendy allowed us early entry to the house, making our transition from motel checkout to check in to the house a pleasant experience. Wendy was very prompt in communicating, very friendly and patient. The house was all it was advertised. Beautiful view, very neat and most of all, comfortable. We have been spending partial winters in this area and we both agreed this was the most comfortable and relaxing we have had. Kitchen was great with everything needed for food preparation. The bed was very comfortable and overlooked the pool. Being next to the golf course was entertaining for us when on the patio. We would hear some very interesting conversations on a variety of subjects to say nothing about what they thought of their shots. We would very highly recommend staying here.
