Beachfront holiday rental in Sunshine Coast

Boudoir on Bryce St was the perfect getaway stay for my partner and I. It was the perfect location with being only a walk away from the beach and beautiful cafes. Kathy was an awesome host, super friendly. Let us have our privacy but also up for a chat. The Guesthouse was beautiful, clean, had everything we needed and more. It rained on our last night staying and it was beyond peaceful. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for the perfect place to getaway!

Deryn's place felt like paradise. The accommodation was beautiful and the location perfect for a relaxing holiday, we actually wished we had booked a few extra nights. Deryn was prompt in her replies and provided great recommendations. Especially the food recommendations of Bocca (pizza was amazing) and B Fresh (breakfast burgers were delicious) which were on point for us. They were both within an easy walk and dog friendly. We will be back.

Perfect host and perfect accomodation for my family and dog’s needs. We felt right at home! Fantastic amenities and location right by the beach. Plenty to do and had everything provided to get by, even some beautiful art around the home created by Anne for everyone to admire :) Thanks so much for welcoming us stay and enjoy your home. We really enjoyed our stay at Rob’s place. It was close to the beach and the perfect size for the two of us and our dog. We’d definitely stay here again!

A beautiful spot with just the right amount of privacy being this close to the beach ( you can almost touch it. And easy walk to Moffat Beach to the north and King Tide beach to the south. The accommodation is spacious and a nice grassed area. Everything you need is here and would recommend it to anyone for a short or long stay. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

Lovely little place, great location right next to the beach and town and perfect for us . Really comfortable and Andy was great. Will definitely stay there again when coming back to peregian.

We had a very pleasant stay at this accommodation. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the location was excellent for exploring Noosa. We had a small issue with the air conditioning, but the management team responded quickly and fixed it in no time. Overall, a positive and recommendable experience.

What a fabulous stay. Each one of us commented daily on how grateful we were to find such a gem of an airbnb for our special family get together. The little cousins loved it as did the parents and grandparents! Suitable for all ages and holiday styles. We wondered to the beach regularly, drive to nearby attractions and spent a lot of time enjoying the house itself. We even had a private chef come dine us one night who commented on what a fabulous Airbnb it was - he’s been o a few. Thanks for your frequent and flexible communication Cathy. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

What a beautiful property, the room was massive, had everything we needed. Walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We will be back we just loved this apartment .

We had the most amazing experience. we like to do holiday houses with the family once a year and this has been our favourite so far. amazing location, really great communication with the host and we could even check in early on the day. honestly thank you so much we'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday at Andy’s beautiful home. The place is beautifully designed with every detail thought through. The place is stunning and very well appointed from kitchen to games and books, sunscreen and beach towels. The home was spotless and had a great feel to it. There are a number of decks with stunning ocean views and the plunge pool was a very well used feature and a favourite with our 11 year old. The home is a short walk to the beach and easy walk or drive to Peregian shops and restaurants. We loved our stay and will hopefully stay there again.

Beautiful home, it felt homely, clean, and well equipped. I loved that we were a walk away from the beach and the rainforest was literally in our backyard, it was a very peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Great apartment! Travelled with a baby, which was perfectly accommodated for. Great location with view of the ocean; close to beach and boardwalk, food and drinks. The place was spotless when we got there, well equipped with everything you’d need. Beach bag, Coffee and wine was a nice touch and we felt very welcome. Car park below was handy on busy beach days, even though we parked alongside the road most of the time. Thank you!

What a beautiful spot Matt and Elissa have. Huge clean house with multiple areas to lounge around in. Beautiful pool and outside area, beach is just a couple of minutes walk away. Matt and Elissa were easy to communicate with and let us check in early which we very much appreciated. Would love to come back!

Wonderful apartment with beautiful water views and walkable to restaurants/shops and the beach. The unit was spotless, tastefully decorated and had lots of thoughtful touches, like a welcome platter with a few goodies. Amber was very helpful and the check-in / check-out process was a breeze. Will be back again!

We had a wonderful stay, if you’re looking for a dog friendly property, near a dog friendly community in walking distance to a dog friendly beach this is the place for you! Our host Tina was very accommodating and the accommodation felt like home as soon as we walked in. Thank you for great stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachhouse. Comfortable, spacious and well equipped, with a lovely nostalgic feel, it is a fantastic location for a relaxing beachside stay. The check-in process was very easy and the instructions clear. If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing beachside location, I'd thoroughly recommend Beachhouse.

Great spot for a large family weekend get together. Host was very helpful and responded quickly. Plenty of room for everyone and we all enjoyed our time together. Although there is no air conditioning it was a well designed house to catch any breeze. Fridge didn’t work very well and would have loved some proper blinds especially in the top floor area but we were aware of that before we arrived. I guess the house is beginning to show its age and the fridge took sometime for it to cool down but we would definitely come back again. Thank you for having us

Alex’s place was gorgeous and the perfect location for our little family with young kids! Alex was exceptionally helpful and responsive. A fabulous host. I would definitely recommend.

Mudjimba is a fantastic beach suburb and Georgi's wonderful house felt like home every time we came in from our beach or other adventure. We regret not staying longer. We felt like it was important to Georgi that we had the best stay possible, and we did. 100% recommend and will be looking up Georgi's home next time we visit the area.

Brett’s place has a lovely open and calm feel to it, with a super outlook over to the beach and ocean. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms off each are great too. And it’s an easy 2 min walk down onto the beach. Just remember there aren’t shops nearby so take everything you need for cooking as you’ll be eating in - the kitchen is pretty well stocked, though a few more key items in the utensils drawer would be helpful. Overall though a really great place to stay and relax.

Peter and Viv were fantastic hosts! They were very responsive and helpful and made us feel very comfortable in their home. The view was great with a beach entrance right across the road, local park for little ones, and handy shops with an IGA at the bottom of the building and a great Thai and Fish and Chips! It was also fantastic that they had stainless steel cookware. All kitchenware was new and very well thought. The beds were very comfy! A great space that we would recommend.
