Monthly Rentals in Sunnyside, Queens

It is a great place to stay, I spent five weeks here and it was wonderful time, a very clean place, the beds are very comfortable, it is very close to Manhattan, the train station is only a three-minute walk away, there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the internet is very fast, perfect for working from home. The owners are very kind and helpful people, I would stay here again. Thank you so much Marianella and Jose.

Kat’s place was perfect for my monthlong stay in Astoria. kat and her mother Maria were so accommodating and made me feel extremely welcome. Any questions I had were answered promptly and kindly. The location was perfect with so many good restaurants within walking distance. The subway to the N and W was a 5 minute walk to get to manhattan in 20 minutes. The only thing I wish the stay had was a microwave only because I had so many yummy leftovers! I would absolutely recommend and hope to stay again soon!

Excellent host! I stayed with Rhita for 3 months and this was the best Airbnb host I ever stayed with. Rhita is very friendly and she cares a lot about her guests. Rhita made me feel at home. She provided everything I needed and even offered an umbrella when it was raining. Rhita even offered me some Moroccan food and tea which was delicious. I am absolutely coming back to stay with Rhita again.
