Monthly Rentals in Sunnyside, Queens

Enjoyed a very comfortable and clean stay with Marianella. The room was very small but livable with adequate storage. The apartment is beautiful and well maintained, and the location is wonderful being only a couple minutes’ walk from the subway in a cute neighborhood. If you are sensitive to sound/noise however I might not recommend since the room faces the street and you can hear pretty much everything. Other than that the stay was great and the hosts were friendly and responsive.

It was great staying at Kat's place. Her mom and family were awesome. We enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable and quiet. Neighborhood was great! Shops and restaurants are within walking distance! And it's only about 25 mins to Manhattan by train. Train station is about 5 mins walk away. Will definitely stay there again! I highly recommend Kat's place.

Loved the place. A very large and very well equipped apartment. I felt right at home and Jenifer was a great host who was very responsive and sent me lots of activity suggestions for NYC. I also loved the Sunnyside neighborhood which is a quiet and residential area 10-15 min walk from the 7 train. There are also plenty of supermarkets nearby.

Elan was a great host and very responsive. The apartment was comfortable and warm even though it was cold outside. The bed was supportive and I especially loved the down quilt! The kitchen was well furnished. The apartment was 1.5 blocks to the subway but the neighborhood itself was quiet. It had a CVS pharmacy, several grocery stores, and numerous places to eat. I would definitely stay there again!
