Monthly Rentals in Sunny Isles Beach

We had a great stay at Svetlana’s place. We loved the easy parking and easy access to the beach. Many nearby restaurants and parks as well. Condo was clean, as described, and having beach chairs/umbrellas/toys was a huge help. Of note, we did have significant issues with the elevators during our stay, which seems to be a recurrent issue in this building based on posted notices. My husband and daughter actually got stuck in the elevator when it stopped working once. I was also unexpectedly on a knee scooter for this vacation due to a broken ankle, so we did not have the option to use stairs. I may consider a different location if mobility is a concerns.

House is between Maule Lake and the main road. Access to everything is very easy, shops around and even walkable. Carparking is available. Beach is so close by car. House is spacy, cozy, comfortable, available and has everything as listed. Thank you Kay!

This is an apartment that goes straight into our list of places to come back to! We liked everything about this apartment. It is in a great location, great surrounding area, plenty of restaurants and stores to get great coffee and food within walking distance, and a great beach with the pier next to it. The apartment is very well-furnished, very comfortable, has all the necessary amenities and with great views of the ocean. The building is very well maintained and with welcoming staff. Last but not list, many thanks to Brandon, the host, who communicated very well and was super responsive.

the accommodation is located on the garden side a two-minute walk from the very beautiful pool and where the view of the canal and the collins is splendid. To enter the site everything is fenced with guards so very safe. We spent six weeks and I highly recommend this site. All the amenities are present and the queen bed is comfortable.
