Monthly Rentals in Sulphur Springs

We had a fantastic stay at Tjs! The hosts were friendly and communicative and the house had everything we needed for our extended stay. Hoping to stay again when in the area!

Lorraine and Allen were wonderful hosts and the nicest people! The Cozy Cottage was perfect for our four-week stay. The bed was really comfortable with nice linens, and the shower was good and hot with great flow. There was plenty of closet space and storage, and the desk and office chair came in handy for working remotely. You'll find everything you need here to relax in comfort and to make meals. The surroundings are beautiful and the cottage is just steps from cute downtown Erwin. The locals were very friendly and helpful, too.

We loved staying at Trish and Tom’s place, it was quiet and peaceful. Good stay.

Was perfect for what we needed visiting family. House was clean and very tidy/comfortable. Very private with only one close neighbor. Room for dog to run around. Host responded to my check-in question promptly and friendly. Overall, great for our visit and needs. Being dog friendly was a huge plus! Also, it’s right off the interstate so easy to jump to Johnson city or Kingsport if needed. Only item to consider is no wifi or tv. We didn’t need it as we spent limited time at the house other than sleeping. But, some may need it. Just note in case this is a priority for your trip. Thanks for letting us stay and we hope to be back soon!
