Holiday rentals with breakfast in Suffolk Park

In the kids' words, this is the best Airbnb they have stayed at. The photos online did not do it justice! It was an excellent size for 4 adults and 4 children, with a perfect view and a large entertaining deck. It is also walkable to the beach, flagged area, creek, park, cafes, and restaurants. Jo and Graham have thought of everything. Not only did they leave very generous hampers filled with breakfast and nibbles, but the house is also well equipped with kitchen condiments and bathroom and laundry essentials. I have no doubt we will be back to stay again.

We stayed at The Rocks for almost a week with our family of five which includes two adult children. the accommodation was perfect for us, with spacious living areas and more than adequate amenities. We loved the effort gone into providing the basics in the fridge and pantry - milk, bread, a fresh fruit platter, as well as all the necessities to run the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. We could start the holiday as soon as we arrived. As first-timers to the Byron area Sanra's local guide was useful and informative. Sanra was quick to respond to our inquiries and helpful throughout. I'd highly recommend The Rocks to any families wishing for an area of quiet and reflection.

We stayed here for Christmas with 2 toddlers and grandparents. The house has a perfect layout to accomodate 2 families. The toddlers absolutely loved the backyard with a sandpit and trampoline. The layout of the house meant that regardless of the weather my 18 month old could enjoy outdoor play and we could easily supervise in comfort. The house itself is positioned beside a park, walking distance to a cafe and the beach. Orientated perfectly to catch the breeze. Lauren was an excellent host. So accomodating, friendly and prompt with her communication. This is by far the best Air BnB we have stayed in. All the little details have been thought of such as enough kitchen and bathroom ammenities, beach towels and even outdoor toys for the kids. We will definitely be booking again in the future. We can’t thank Lauren and her family enough.

Super convenient with covered parking right at the door. Quiet and comfy space. Great shower with very good pressure. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment and a few handy food items. Relaxed and helpful host gave us plenty of privacy. Nothing bad to say!

Had a great time in this place. Kathryn's home was clean and very welcoming. It was also close to shops and we were grateful for the tips/details of local things to do. We stayed for Splendour in the Grass and this home was a great location. Definitely recommend!!

Once again, we had a great Easter long weekend at Sarah’s. Great spacious home, great bathroom and kitchen is fantastic… so many staples available if you need them too (eg tomato sauce, tea bags, salt, vegemite etc) badminton set got a workout again and we used the tennis courts & basketball courts at the end of the street daily! Sarah is friendly and responsive. Thanks very much for having us!!

This one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. The house is flawless! Immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. The hosts have thought of everything you’ll need and more. We felt instantly at home. It is private and quiet, yet close to the beach, a great grocer down the road and a short drive into Byron for restaurants and great food. We were a family of 4 with young kids and they had a great time in the pool. There was a highchair and we were able to access a lovely cot. The sauna is such a plus too! Would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay at Jodie's studio. Wonderful accomodation for my wife and I, in a very peaceful garden setting. The easy check in, great facilities and extra touches provided were much appreciated. Plus its well located for the beach, cafe and nearby towns. Thanks Jodie.

Serena’s place is cosy, very accommodating and is easy access to beaches, the river and local amenities. The loaf of sourdough, bottle of milk and Easter chocolate upon arrival was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Serena.

This is a lovely spacious place in great area. The bed is very comfortable. It was perfect for a four day stay. We appreciated the easter eggs that were there on arrival. Would stay again.

I really couldn't recommend any other place, great location, very central, Paula was very friendly and helpful, everything was, as is, described in the advertisement. Had a great time there. Thanks again Paula, until we meet again.

We had an amazing three night getaway at Adrienne's. it was amazing being somewhere so peaceful but so close to everything we needed. The place is all that you see in the post and more. Easy check in and no problems at all through our stay.

Although we didn’t stay at David’s place due to the unit undergoing repairs, David did organise an alternative unit in the same complex. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again. The unit is in a great position and the complex is clean and well maintained

Highly recommended! Stayed there with my family and we really enjoyed the stay in this apartment. Is even better than it looks on the photos. If you wanna go to Byron, with your family or a smaller group, this should be your first choice.

My wife and I had a delightful time at Antonietta’s place during our 3 day stay. The studio was truly pristine and came with lots of amenities. It had everything we needed. Antonietta was a great and personable host. She communicated promptly throughout our stay and ensured we were properly catered for. We would highly recommend The Studio for anyone who is visiting Byron Bay.

So quiet and relaxing and perfectly set up for a mini break. Lovely breakfast foods and fruit was a wonderful inclusion. Highly recommend! Loved the garden and birds and just a few metres from walking trails and lookouts.

Three of us spent one night at Robin's place. We loved the place and the wonderful beach. It was a last-minute booking. Robin was kind to accommodate us, let us check in early and also went out of her to way to organize lactose free milk for the breakfast. We enjoyed the room which was spacious enough to accommodate three of us. It was great talking to her, walking to the beach, go to the local restaurants and the Sunday market. A very nice experience for all of us.

We had a wonderful stay. The Property is amazing and Phoebe is a great Host. We will be back :)

Just like staying in a fairytale cottage. Extremely comfortable, lovely energy and beautifully decorated. Nestled in a very friendly, vibrant and artistic community. Wonderful cafe/restaurant right next door. Enjoyed my stay very much, I will be back for sure.

We absolutely loved staying at Cathy and David's house. It is a beautiful home, spotlessly clean and in a wonderful location by the Creek. David was a wonderful host, as Cathy was away, and made us feel so at home. I could have stayed forever!! Nothing was too much trouble, and the location was perfect for a peaceful stop on our drive south. Thank you so much 🙂
