Wonderful experience!!! Theodoros was very responsive and helpful host. His. place is very nice and on very quiet area 5 min walking from main street with restaurants and the beach bars. Comfortable and with all needed staff. We had few requests and he managed to finalized it on same day. Great host - thank you for your service. Definitely we will visit it again

Very nice apartment ,perfect for vacation.. Spacious,well equipped kitchen,comfortable bedrooms and great living room.Beautiful,extensive balcony with area for food and rest.. The apartment is located entirely with sea view.. well landscaped courtyard and the beach is 2 minutes walk away and is very fine sand.Parking is calm and the center of Asprovalta is 3-4 minutes by car.We would rent the apartment again.Nikos is a very good host.

A nice place with a great outdoor space, where you can enjoy your evenings and watch over the rooftops of houses straight to the sea. It’s a short distance from the beach, so it’s great for families. The beach is sandy and not crowded is an understatement. You feel like the beach is yours. You got some nice restaurants and three small shops where you can get your basic necessities. The nearest just a minute away down the street. A bit more kitchenware would be nice, but it’s all manageable. All in all we had a great vacation and warmly recommend it for travellers with or without kids.

Exceptional Stay - Highly Recommended We had an absolutely fantastic experience during our stay at this property. Everything was exactly as described, and even exceeded our expectations. The communication with the host was seamless and prompt, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The space itself was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It was perfectly suited for our group of two families and a child, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The layout was thoughtfully designed to accommodate multiple guests without feeling crowded. In addition to its excellent features, the location was also very accessible, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we truly felt at home. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience! We would not hesitate to return or recommend this property to others.
