we love staying here!! Geoff's brilliant fantastic and wonderful so accomodating and friendly gifted us choccys wine so kind and sweet great location lovely dog walk into Stratford along the water or for a quick dry walk into town U can follow the main road in very easily with a pedestrian pathway the whole way so best of both going for dinner in the evening , to lovely dog walks in the daytime opposite is the golf course which was great it u fancy a swim/jacuzzi and a massage ! also a bargain to enter the spa for as long you wish the home is spotlessly clean and has everything you need , when we didn't want to dress up and go out it had everything we needed to make a nice meal at home watch a movie and put the electric fire on. a total home from home perfect little getaway for us and will be coming again..... and.... probably again and again tehehe thanks for a lovely stay!!

Great location to explore Stratford.. easy non-road (old tramway) pathway, not lit, but wide and felt safe.. we used road first evening in dark, then always the tramway.. Theatres, and town all easily accessible.. Security gates a bonus and gate access from tramway is lit. House itself was as described, clean and practical, relaxing.. a grab rail for Bath/shower would be good addition but otherwise, I’ve no hesitation in recommending.. Phil is a pro-active host.. thank you, Phil

A well-equipped, spacious and stylish property in a good location for exploring Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwickshire. Ally was a great host, and gave us lots of useful local information. The breakfast extras provided were much appreciated.

The apartment was beautifully clean with everything I could want. The location couldn’t have been better, 3 mins from the theatre and right in town.
