Great location lovely place to stay peaceful with a short walk to village and pubs great hosts would definitely stay again

We had a wonderful stay in Susie's flat. Its location is ideal: very easy to find, close to everything on foot and magical with its little patch of garden in front of the river where we can watch the swan that has taken up residence in front of it. Susie was kind enough to allow us to drop off our luggage early on our arrival so that we could start our visits while waiting for the housework to be done. The flat is spotlessly clean and comfortable and I don't think I've ever seen an Airbnb kitchen so well equipped. The milk in the fridge, savoury biscuits for aperitifs and sweet biscuits for tea were also much appreciated. If we come back to Stratford-upon-Avon this is where we want to stay as of all the accommodation I have had in the town, this is my favourite.

The cottage was lovely and welcoming with a beautiful kitchen and very pleasant bedroom. It was very well situated and just 5 minutes walk from the middle of Stratford. Bethan was very friendly on arrival and very responsive to text. Overall it was a nice stay in a beautiful town!

Monica and Phillip are amazing people and hosts who welcomed into their corner of idillic English countryside with open arms. We spent over a month at Westerby and had a great time - our every wish was fulfilled (some even before having thought of it), the flat was cozy, warm and we felt right at home from the moment we stepped in. The wifi was strong enough for us both working from home, the kitchenette fine for all kinds sorts of home-made meals benefiting from an air fryer and slow cooker, there’s a really good washer, dryer and a quality smart TV. We spent evenings and weekends exploring the beautiful open country around us or visiting local farm shops, villages and pubs. It’s also 25min from Solihull, a few miles from Alcester and very close to Stratford for touristing or work. If you have a chance I wholeheartedly recommend staying here for a week (or four)!
