Yolanda is an amazing hostess. My travel companions and I were in a bind because we had issues with our other lodging reservations. Yolanda was able to accommodate our group last minute in her home and made sure we were all comfortable. Her home is beautifully decorated, equipped with everything you could need, the pool and backyard is beautiful, the water is hot and the ac works great. She is also located right in between Blue Safari and Stone Town which was very convenient for the activities we were looking to do without long transits. There are also restaurants and a grocery store within 5 min walking distance. Lastly her cleaning and managing team is very responsive and helpful as well. In short, Yolanda's home is one of the best airbnb's I've ever stayed in and she's one of the best hostess' I've ever had the pleasure of meeting with. I would recommend her and her place to anyone who is considering booking with her.

We had an incredible time staying at this beautiful house in Zanzibar! The property is absolutely stunning—modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. The highlight for us was the private pool, which offered the perfect spot to relax and unwind in total privacy while enjoying the warm Zanzibari weather. It’s surrounded by lush greenery, making it feel like a true tropical oasis. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy bedrooms with A/C. The outdoor space is perfect for both lounging and entertaining, and we spent many evenings enjoying the sunset by the pool. The location is also great, with easy access to nearby beaches, restaurants, and attractions, but still far enough removed for peace and privacy. Our hosts was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a seamless stay. Uma and Mohamed were wonderful hosts. They made us feel very much at home, responding to any requests we had. Very flexible in terms of the house rules. The house is beautiful located just by the ocean with a very well maintained pool that we enjoyed everyday. Their team of staff were very friendly and quick at helping. The house is a little secluded therefore provisions for groceries e.t.c should be accounted for by the guest. Otherwise all the basics are provided by the host along with a delicious fruit basket.

An amazing stay in an exceptional villa! The sunset view facing the sea is simply breathtaking, and the villa is even more beautiful in real life than in photo. It is impeccably clean, private and without vis-à-vis, however, you can see fishermen passing in the distance during low tides. The villa is well equipped, with everything you need to cook and prepare delicious juice. The only small detail missing would be a hair dryer, but that doesn't take away from the excellence of the stay. On the other hand, you should know that it is far from everything, no restaurants or shops are within walking distance. A rental car or taxi is a must to get around and enjoy the surroundings. Apart from these small details, everything was perfect, and I would recommend this villa for a peaceful and exotic stay. I would come back there without hesitation. Me and my family had a wonderful stay at Maksud’s house. On arrival, we were unable to find the location due to getting mixed up to which Fumba the house was in. However Maksud was easy to reach and we were able to get directions. On arrival, we were met by Shaban the caretaker who was very welcoming and gave us all the information we needed about the house. Shaban too gave us a tour around the gated community which was helpful. The house had all the supplies needed such as cutlery, toilet roll, washing powder and electric to last a few days. Within the gated community there is great security, supermarket and other stores and restaurants. Throughout the stay, there were entertainment each night which we were made aware of and other extra curricular activities. Whenever we needed any help or needed questions answered, Shaban was easy to reach and super helpful and friendly. The house itself was modern, clean and just like the photos! As was the pool! We would definitely stay again!

Communication with host Yussuf was seamless and timely. His responses were clear and concise. He gave us a good discount for our family of 4. The co host pendo was super kind. She checked us in and also took us to the pier restaurant for that much needed dinner by the ocean. She also recommended places to shop at in case we needed to. The caretaker was also polite, present and alert. The place is very clean, quiet and most of all I appreciated the private pool. Thank you Yussuf and Pendo

I had an amazing stay at Christine's place! The apartmentwas exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to to the restaurants and the beach

Our stay at Paola and Daniele’s place was great. The bungalow was as pictured, clean, and well stocked though we did not use the kitchen at all. The place was well located for food and beaches, with the Paola and Grace arranging transport from the airport and taxis needed throughout the stay at a fair price point. Grace was very pleasant and friendly she certainly enhanced the quality of our stay, answering questions and useful recommendations. Paola was very responsive and promptly rectified the WiFi disconnection so I could take a meeting. The grounds were serene and beautiful, pools were wonderful. The breakfast croissants, juices, coffee and fruit were a nice touch and gave room for all the guests to mingle with the teams before heading off on adventures. The property is gated with a very kind security guard and well managed. We walked around a bit at night, but would recommend getting a taxi as it is very dark and the roads could be slippery/un leveled. Would return and recommend.

Barbara was by far the best host we had during our trip to Zanzibar,always responding immediately and giving us very good recommendations for food and drinks The apartments are great,very clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped Pool was very nice too Very close to the beach and the main road

Really lovely apartment with wonderful outside space and air conditioned en suite bedrooms. I loved being able to nip to the beach for my early morning swim and then come back to relax in the pool which, although it's small, was great for cooling off. We managed to have all 4 of us (2 adults plus 2 full sized teens) in at once. Sonia was really welcoming and very helpful, always responding quickly to queries both before and during our stay. She also gave us handy info about local restaurants who we could message and have deliver to the apartment which was perfect for us. Eating on the terrace every night was great. All in all a lovely week in a beautiful apartment with a great host. Thank you
