Francis is a guarantee, I often go there for work because it has affordable costs all year round and offers ample space in a free villa on 4 newly built sides. The house is well insulated with underfloor heating, and all amenities. It also has a quiet view in the middle of the countryside about half anhour from Asti. Highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable in the ancient cottage, which does not deny its peasant origin. Fabrizio has preserved the rustic style well and original despite modernization with design and furnishings. Wonderful is the large, fenced garden where we and our dog felt very comfortable. For us, the highlight was the pool, which is big enough for a little swimming training. Morning highlight for us was the breakfast in the bar del gatto, where not only the cafe and the brioche were very tasty, but also the contacts were very nice. The cassetta del melograno is very suitable for people who like rural life, hikes/walks, good food and tranquility and do not let themselves be frightened by the humid climate of Piedmont - even when the sun is shining. We will be happy to come again.

we stayed for a month at Franco's, the house is super nice to live in and well located near Asti, Turin. we had a very nice stay in Italy with Franco and Maria who always made themselves available in case of need and attentive our dog had a big health issue and thanks to Franco who made himself very available, he directed us to a veterinary clinic on a Sunday night and checked in every day we are delighted and will happily return to Franco and Maria's place

We were very happy with both Simone and Giovannas hospitality and efforts they have invested in making the house comfortable, and accomadating for families with children and pets. We stayed here with our 5 children and 2 dogs! The Kitchen is wonderful spacious and well equiped for families with children! The rooms were modern and comforatable! Spacious parking! Very friendly neighbours! A short distance to the school we were visiting! Highly recommend! Thank you
