Monthly Rentals in Stanton by Bridge

This was a wonderful place for a solo retreat: clean, tidy, well appointed (including crockery, cutlery, other kitchen utensils like tin opener and scissors, shower gel etc), with some useful information about the area, helpful advice for arrival and walks in the vicinity. The pictures on the listing are accurate and comprehensive, so you know exactly what you are getting. If you were to come as a couple, be aware that the breakfast bar only has space for one person, so you would have to eat out (there is information about local eateries) or on your laps on the sofa, but it was perfect for this solo traveller. (And this is clear in the pictures). There are skylights without blinds, so it did get light early in the morning - my solution was to bury myself under the duvet! - so it might be worth packing an eye-mask. I loved it and hope to return some time. Thank you, Chloe.

The photos do not do the place justice, it is much better looking in person! We had the best time staying and wish we had spent longer! Already recommended to other friends. Only comment to make is to give clearer instructions on how to find the Airbnb, it was not super clear but we managed to find it after a bit of time.

I have stayed here many times in 2024 and always look froward to returning. Recommend this place for a quiet stay in a lovely part of Derbyshire
