Holiday houses in Stagiates

We were very satisfied. We were a group of 6 adults. The house is on its own lot in a nice quiet location. It's very spacious, warm, and equipped with everything you need. We cooked, baked in the barbecue, lit a fireplace, and enjoyed a comfortable and relaxing stay. Mr. Joy gave us clear instructions and responded promptly to our communication. Recommended!

I felt in love with this place immediately, house so big and spacious. Of you are wake up early you can catch beautiful sunrise. You feel so private, if you want to relax from big city and people this place is exactly what you need. Want it to say big thank you to Alex. He is a dream host. Show us around and point at all interesting places near by, also is nice touch from them local olive oil left for us at the kitchen. Over all 10 out of 10!!!

We felt right at home during our stay at Stathia’s place. Stathia and her family were incredibly welcoming and super nice, making us feel like part of their family. The house itself was well-maintained and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, adding to the charm of the entire experience. Christoforos was very kind and helpful at check in and available to message throughout the trip if we needed any information. One of the best hosts we’ve had. The villa is super clean and has got a lot of character as is decorated with very traditional furniture. The outside alone is worth booking this villa- it is absolutely breathtaking and the loungers by the pool are perfect. If you’re looking for somewhere as a retreat and to really relax in peace away from everyone then this is the place. You can park around 100m away from the house and a scenic walk down to the property. I will be returning to this place for sure- it felt like a home at the end of our week. We especially loved Portaria for food and the evening vibe and it is only a 12 minute drive from the property. I would also recommend a small car for Pelion as the roads are quite thin and tight. Overall this place is amazing value for money and we miss it already!

We spent 9 great days here, we were a group of 4 families. The villa is exactly like the description and as in the pictures with all the necessary amenities to feel like home, the lovely terrace with a view directly to the small beach next door. The kitchen is fully equipped, we could make our breakfast without missing anything. Extremely friendly hosts showed us the surroundings where we can eat, where we can do our shopping, and they responded promptly whenever we needed information. Extremely quiet area even very intimate! The beach next door is pebbles, it is equipped with 4 wicker umbrellas and some free of charge benches, it is usually quite empty. Also in the village there are 2-3 bays with beaches about the same, especially the left bay has a bigger beach. Very hot water, no dead algae and extraordinary clarity. There is the tavern area at 7-8km away and beaches arranged with beachbar in NeesPagases Recommend for maximum relaxation

Our stay at Nasia Villa was simply amazing. The house is worm and welcoming, has everything you need, comfortable and well attended, and the views are breathtaking. The road is easy enough once you traveled it for the first time. The beach is beautiful, private, the path to get there again is easy enough. Nasia herself was a welcoming and hospitable host. We will love to stay at her special corner of the world again. Highly recommended.

A beautiful stay in a beautiful house full of charm, in a very picturesque village typical of Pelion, with a large courtyard overlooking the sea. The indoor space is more than comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen and a central island to prepare your meals. A large, cozy living room invites you to relax. The bedrooms are functional and the bedding comfortable. Beautiful beaches and supermarkets can be reached in 20-30 minutes by car.
