Monthly Rentals in St. Louis

I stayed at this Airbnb for a month and it was very comfortable. The parking in the back was convenient. The shared spaces in the building did not look great, but the actual unit was beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked for a long term stay, just could have used a larger pot. There were issues with the air conditioner when I was there but it was replaced. Could use a window air conditioner for the bedroom, especially in the summer as the place gets very hot. The neighborhood was amazing!

My husband and I were looking for a nice place to stay while traveling to the city and Demi's place was perfect. The location was nice and we were so close to Soulard, where there are many options for food, drinks, and things to do. She was friendly and quick to respond! It was just what we were looking for.

For the month and a half my family and I stayed, we couldn't have been happier with a better host or location to rest our heads. Benjamin was super helpful and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. The place itself was very cozy and had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. I would recommend Banjamin, and his place to anyone.

We enjoyed our quick stay at Karen‘s in order to go to a play that night at the Fox theater, which is just about at 12 minute walk. The building is old, but Karen‘s place is very cute and clean and has everything that you need. We would definitely stay again.
