Holiday rentals with a patio in St. Johns County

The rental was perfect for the two of us. Super cute and we enjoyed the porch every evening. The location was probably the best part…parked our car and walked everywhere! Lauren was very responsive with the few communications we had.

Great place to stay for a weekend stay and exploration of St. Augustine with the dogs for a weekend.

Liz is a terrific host and her property in St. Augustine is an excellent base for exploring the many historic wonders of the Old Town. Easy walk to the Castillo, St. George St., the Leightner Museum, Flagler College and lots more. The place is clean, comfortable, quiet in the evenings and totally livable. We would rent it again for a future visit in a heartbeat.

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect location! We were able to easily walk to the downtown area and nearby restaurants. The home was private, quiet, clean and had all the amenities that you would need.

Renee was very responsive and respectful with all interactions. The Condo was absolutely beautiful with great amenities!

Nicole's Airbnb was the perfect location for our stay. We enjoyed the walkability factor and how spacious the apartment is for two guests. Nicole's house is very clean with very easy check in and check out instructions Outside of that, the internet is spotty if you plan to work from home. There are no basic kitchen essentials like salt and pepper or paper towels. I would encourage Nicole to be better at communicating with her guests - she did not read, respond nor acknowledge messages from us during our stay. Overall, the stay was great and perfect for our needs! I highly recommend staying here, nonetheless.

Great little place. 10 minutes away from downtown, and just far enough that it feels peaceful in the neighborhood. The backyard is huge, great if you bring a pet.

We loved this Airbnb. It was similar to a home we were in the middle of purchasing so it was perfect to be able to experience that. Yard was great size and the host was always very responsive. I would 100% recommend.

We loved our stay again at Skip's place! The weather did not cooperate, but it was a lovely stay anyway. At the beach, ground level, easy parking, king-size bed, laundry and ample room—we were so glad it was available again.

the 4 of us stayed for a month. Everything we needed was there. All of us are in our 60's. it was nice to be on the ground floor and parking right outside the door. The property is gated but very accessible with the key card. we enjoyed local resterants Connelly' grill and the Hurricane grill, which had live music while we sat outside eating. Ashley was very responsive to any questions we had.

We have enjoyed our stay at Cathy’s place very much. This is a private tuck away from all the busy-ness in town. The room is very clean with new renovations. Walkable to the beach with beach chairs, towels, umbrella even with lots of beach toys if you have children. Balcony is a perfect place to enjoy ocean sound with coffee in the morning. Highly recommended to anyone.
