**5 Stars – Beautiful & Clean Stay!** We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean, making us feel comfortable and at home right away. Even though we only stayed for one night, it was a fantastic experience. The attention to detail in the decor and cleanliness was truly impressive. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and if we’re ever back, we will definitely stay again!

Alex is the probably the best host I ever had in all my Airbnb experiences. He gives you your space, has great recommendations, is happy to help you in any way possible, makes you feel at home. I felt like I was part of the family while at his place. Ill visit him again if I have the opportunity. Totally recommend!

Good room for a short stay. Alex was out of town but he has another guy who stays there off and on for almost two years, who basically acted as the host. Kept to himself but there for questions, shared bathroom. Had water bottles, coffee and bananas for us. Alex was very nice when we spoke on the phone. Good stay for the price

I spent the weekend with my girlfriend (now fiancé) as it was the perfect setting for a proposal! We had an amazingly peaceful, yet romantic weekend. The house and view of the beach was so beautiful. We are now planning on having our wedding there also! Patricia and Seth were amazing hosts; very genuine, hospitable, kind, and attentive. I highly recommend!

Had family members stay for a wedding event. It was an absolutely amazingly beautiful historical home, fully decorated with Christmas on the inside lighting on the outside. Excellent host

The place is amazing having a 10 out of 10 for the pool and the hot top. House very beautiful and clean. Abrina and her husband are very friendly. They bring you fresh bread and butter in the morning. For sure I would recomend this peaceful place for vacaciones with the family

I had a great experience while there. It was raining most of the time, but I was near everywhere I wanted to go so it wasn’t bad. Amenities were as described and communication with the host was easy.

We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

Honestly I don't even know where to begin, this was one of my mine and my wife's favorite experiences. The pictures do not do this place justice and should be updated to show how spectacular it is. It really is just two houses down from the beach, maybe a 30 second walk to the sand, over the dunes and you're on the beach. You'd have to have a house on the sand to be any better. You can actually see the ocean from the main bedroom in the airbnb and when it was storming and at night before bed that's what we did watched / listened to the ocean. The spot has everything you could thing of needing and the amazing host leaves you a few starter items like eggs, bacon, cinnamon rolls and lots of coffee. This places is also located within LOTS of restaurant options and only a mile from a grocery car so honestly other than going to old downtown for site seeing you don't need a car. My wife and I definitely plan on coming back here next year!!! This place will feel exactly like home.

I had the most amazing experience I had stayed here for a couple days and it was just better than I could have ever imagined. I was truly thankful to have that experience looking out over the bay it was just beyond beautiful perfect everything I needed was all nearby I couldn't ask for anything better. I will always come here when I come back to St Augustine. There are no words that can describe how amazing the experience was when I went there. 🙏❤️😇

Charming Sanchez was located in a perfect spot for our itinerary. Walking distance to everything. We parked the car and did not need to drive anywhere. The size is just right for two people. Abrina’s little treats were unexpected, but such a nice touch. We would definitely stay there again. Abrina is easy to communicate with and goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need.

Perfect quirky themed place amazing location, affordable price- super fun if you have kids. It is an older building and hard to make an old place like that * clean*, but it was tidy. Fun community feeling getting to know your neighbors and the kids playing in the playroom together and bumping into your new friends in the communal kitchen. We would definitely go again.

This bed and breakfast is literally feet from the heart of St. Augustine. So close to St. George street, yet far enough that you avoid most of the noise and foot traffic. The room was pristine, the bed was comfortable and we felt very safe. We will definitely choose this place to stay in the future.

Stayed here to celebrate my wedding. Looked exactly like the pictures and Sandy was very responsive. She answered all questions and was extremely helpful. Room was very clean and bathroom was huge. Hotel staff was friendly and offered local recommendations for meals and other activities to do. The only problem is the lack of parking. There is a private parking lot around the corner from the hotel. It’s a bit of a walk. So I recommend trying to park in front of the hotel, you just have to pay. Besides the parking, would definitely stay again.

This is a wonderful place to stay! Room was stylish, bed comfortable, location can't be beat. The staff are all so helpful and kind. Breakfast and happy hour exceeded expectations- just excellent. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

By FAR the BEST stay we’ve had in a long time! The room was BEAUTIFUL. It was private and had everything we needed. The location could not be better. It was incredibly close to everything wonderful about the city. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! You could seriously feel the love put into it. The staff is phenomenal. We definitely have a new FAVORITE place in St Augustine. Highly recommended!!!!

Beautiful, full of character, quaint, and comfortable. Room looked and smelled clean. Annette (shout out to you), you're a rare find, thank you for your hospitality and attention to detail, and the delicious mango-stuffed french toast! Great location, Ice House had exquisite cocktails in case you're curious. Would stay here again, wanna check out the other rooms.
