Monthly Rentals in St. James Parish

Fantastic spot! Definitely recommend renting a car if your staying near by for a wedding, we Uber'd all over and walked a few places but it was a nice mix. The home was beautiful, owner on one side but there is more than enough room for a group of 5. With 2 Blowup beds(/w memory foam) and 3 couches, the pool, the open backyard it made for an amazing trip. Host is super responsive and accommodating!

The Airbnb is great! Exactly what was described. Quiet and peaceful and very nice. Andrew is a fantastic host and very responsive. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay in that area to consider staying at Andrews Airbnb. You will not be disappointed as it delivers everything one could want in spades.

Ron was such a great guest, his property is in a great location, and very well taken care of. I definitely recommend Ron and his property to anyone looking to stay in New Orleans!

Great place to stay truly! Would come back if we come back again to LA! Best part was waking up every morning and seeing the horses! The place is amazing, very much what I expected if not more! Owners are super nice, we chatted with Reuben and met the puppy dog! 10/10 atmosphere, 10/10 owners, 10/10 rental!
