Monthly Rentals in Springfield

Very nice. Very clean. Good neighborhood. Everything appears as it does in the photos and the description on Airbnb. This place is extremely close to Wittenberg and near downtown Springfield. Several options for food/drinks nearby, and other locations (Bechtel Ave, downtown) are close too. We love Brian's properties. Will continue to use while my niece is at Witt.

Nice neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Very much appreciate that Sara does not use plug in air fresheners in every room. Her place is very clean and well-cared for.

I’ve been staying at Mindy and her co host’s properties for the last couple months while traveling for work and they have been very accommodating. Also the properties have been very clean and have everything you need. Working night shift and I have no trouble sleeping throughout the day because it’s very quiet and relaxing.
