Monthly Rentals in Springdale

Our stay was amazing! We got snowed in but felt super cozy because the apartment was well equipped with things like coffee, a virtual fireplace, board games, and blankets. The hosts worked with us the whole time, making the driveway passable, offering food, and even helping us extend our stay by a day when our next housing had to cancel due to the icy condition. The dogs are all so sweet and the property is gorgeous. Could not recommend more highly!

Place looked exactly like the pictures, the inside was very comfortable and clean. Omar sent us our entry code and we got in no problem. Would definitely book again.

This apartment was so much bigger than it appeared in the photos. Very spacious. The host had done thoughtful things like providing extra blankets and a basket of toiletries in the bathroom in case something was forgotten. There was a pitcher of cold filtered water and ice in the frig. I am disabled and it was easy for me to enter. Very close to xna. We will definitely stay again if it is available. Delighted with this place. Thanks for a pleasant stay

Aaron’s place was perfect for our group. I had a surgery scheduled and really didn’t want to be stuck in a hotel room (or hospital room, for that matter). We were much more comfortable in this place. The couch and beds were super comfy, and the decor is very nice. Has mid-century modern vibes, which I love. Great TV, nice big kitchen, awesome water pressure in the shower. It was great! Would stay again (even with the surgery LOL).
