Monthly Rentals in Spring Valley

Such a great little find in PV! Violet was so responsive and helpful with all my questions. We went up for a short weekend trip and it was the perfect little place for us to stay. Looks bigger than pictures and is super clean. Feels very private too. Thanks again!!

Lovely, serene, safe, peaceful spot! Easy to find. I had a lovely view of the valley below. Mingus mountain views - enjoyed the stargazing and twinkling lights in the distance of the town of Jerome, with Cottonwood town views to the SW. Level parking, easy to get into. I woke to coyotes serenading me. The desert air was fab.

Katherine's place was wonderful—cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Communication was excellent, and she went out of her way to ensure everything went smoothly, especially given the snowy weather during our stay. The location was convenient and peaceful, and my brother, who stayed there while visiting, felt very much at home. Katherine truly embodies what Airbnb hosting is all about. Highly recommend, and would gladly stay again!
