Monthly Rentals in Spianate

It was a very nice week in Tuscany despite the rather rainy weather. The house is wonderful, large, warm, with all the amenities. There is also a wonderful yard with a barbecue, which we did not get to enjoy much, but the fault is only the weather. But our parking place was very convenient. There is complete peace and quiet, it is very relaxing. The location is great - very close to the A11, in 1 hour you can get to Florence, 30-40 minutes to Pisa, 15-20 minutes to Lucca. And to countless other Tuscan beauties. Thank you to Graziella and Marco for the beautiful home, the wonderful welcome and the care they took for us!

Grazia was very kind and accommodating and was happy to help us if we still needed things or needed transportation. The place was very spacious and had a nice garden. We felt very comfortable there. Thank you!

We ended up in the Uzzanese church for a car breakdown during a dog and cat trip in tow. Claudio was super helpful and friendly. Her home was a cuddle in a difficult time. We hope to return at better times. Highly recommended

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is clean and tidy and the kitchen has everything you need. Upon entering, milk, breakfast cakes and wine were ready for us. Very nice because we didn't arrive until late! The garden is definitely perfect if you are traveling with children! Fully fenced, quite a lawn and a lovely swimming pool to splash in after a day in the region. The owners are super friendly and help you immediately. Location is perfect to visit Pisa, Florence, Lucca and the mountains. It is also doable to drive through to the coast. We hope to come back again!
