Monthly Rentals in Spiaggia Cala Sambuco

A pretty apartment in a quiet area. Upstairs is a bedroom with balcony and a bathroom. Downstairs is a living and cooking area with a pull-out sofa. No wonder if the sofa is pulled out, you can't open the front door anymore. The kitchen is very well equipped. We had some trouble with the induction stove at the beginning, but Ludovica was very supportive. There is an outdoor area with sitting lounge and a barbecue. We didn't use that In the village there are two small supermarkets, a pharmacy, a few restaurants and cafes. It is about a 7-minute walk to the beach/harbor. The beach is ok. The bus stop can be reached in 1-2 minutes. By bus you can reach Santa Teresa Gallura in 15 minutes. There is a pool in the holiday complex, but it is no longer serviced/maintained after September 15. We were therefore unable to use the pool, but that was not important to us. Overall, we felt very comfortable.

Great stay. The accommodation is very well located (close to the city center but quiet). The port to reach the excursions to the islands of the madalenna is 500 meters walk away. The city center is 200 meters walk away. Staying at Barbara and Fernando's place was excellent! We came with a 10 month old baby. We expected a quiet and family place and it was exactly what it was. We had all breakfasts and dinners outside in the garden. There was shade in the garden in the morning and evening so you could take a break from the heat and the sun on the beach. Fernando personally greeted us and showed us around the place. He quickly answered all our questions. He also organized a crib and high chair, gave good local tips. He made us feel at home! The bedroom is large, the kitchen is enough to prepare meals. The bathroom is small. The furnishings and furniture are old, but it didn't interfere with rest. The living room is small, but we spent the whole time in the garden thanks to the good comfort. The location is great. Close to beaches, 10 to 20 minutes by car. Close to very good restaurant and supermarkets. Car is essential. Many thanks Fernando and Barbara!

We were very happy at Gianni’s place, and would happily stay again. It was clean, as described, and well-equipped. Gianni is very responsive to messages. We were concerned about parking, but always managed to find somewhere in nearby streets - this might be harder in high season. One small thing was that disposing of rubbish on the final day is a chore - you have to carry it around 5-10 minutes walk to a public waste disposal point, but this was perfectly doable. In all we were very happy staying here.
