Monthly Rentals in Spencerville

This is a great location, close to shopping (including a grocery), restaurants, and I-469 is just a few minutes away. The place was perfect for 2 people. The hosts couldn't have been any friendlier and left many small touches to enhance your comfort. I lived on this side of town for 40 years and it's very safe and walkable. Highly recommend and hope to stay again my next trip back home.

I have worked in the area for the past few months and have stayed here during the week. It’s been a great experience and it’s clean with a very fair price! I will continue coming back for as long as I’m working in town. Jack and his wife are the nicest couple and check in/out is easy

Needed a place to stay for a few months while moving from out of state. Nice, clean home with everything we needed, and also welcoming for our furbabies. Very responsive to questions/ concerns. We are so thankful we found this house to make our transition much more easy and comfortable than we expected.

Michael's communication and response was excellent. we had a minor issue during our stay and Michael took care of it immediately. The home is week kept and in a great location. the fenced back yard was great for our furry family members. I would highly recommend this home for your stay in the area.
