Monthly Rentals in Spencer

It was nice for my son and I to have our own rooms during the stay. We were gone almost all day so we mostly just slept there. But the suite was clean and very comfortable with everything we needed at our fingertips. There was one problem when I forgot the keys and locked the door behind me! I tried to contact Billie Jo, but she didn't answer until pretty late. That was on me, but one suggestion would be to install key code locks to avoid this. Overall great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Very pleased with my stay at Ashley’s Airbnb. Before I even arrived, she was connecting with me and making sure I had everything I needed. That sense of care and hospitality continued through my entire stay.

The house was in a quiet spot off the main road. The garage was an added bonus.

This cute house was perfect for our family of 4. Patricia included many extra touches that helped us feel at home. Lots of extra pillows, blankets, towels, kitchen items, and even holiday decor. She really thought of everything and included it in this rental. We would definitely stay there again.
