Just a nice and quiet apartment in Peristeri. Clean and tidy.

It was the personal touch from Clara that really made this stay for us. A medical crisis arose during our stay, but Clara jumped in with advice and help, ensuring that what could have been quite serious was more easily navigated than it otherwise would have been without Clara's assistance and care. A super-kind host, who we found completely dedicated to us as her guests. Míle buíochas leat - efcharistó poly, Clara.

There was plenty of space and things to do and a great view! The apartment was clean, but the high location of the place requires bragging, but it wasn't impossible. I recommend this place for an athletic party if you want to explore their surroundings and take trips on vacation, but especially for a group that values peace and privacy, and longs for a relaxed vacation together. :-)

This was a wonderful place to stay! Our host was super helpful throughout the entire experience. We enjoyed the location as it was not in the center of Athens, but it was really close to the metro line that took us both to and from the airport and to and from the center of Athens. The place was a great size for the 2 of us and had all the things that we needed.

The hosts are warm and charming people and the location and the house made us feel at home from the first moment. Spacious, clean and equipped.

We just spent 2½ incredible weeks at this amazing property—honestly, it was so good we considered hiding the keys and never leaving. This place has everything you could possibly want: it’s sparkling clean, beautifully stylish, and features a wraparound balcony so enormous you could host a party for 100 of your closest friends. (But please don’t—it’s a quiet neighborhood, and the orange and lemon trees downstairs don’t appreciate loud music.) On top of that, there's an amazing sun deck upstairs perfect for tanning or pretending you're a Greek god. The management and staff are phenomenal—super responsive, helpful, and we even had housekeeping twice. Seriously, we felt like we were living at the Ritz Carlton, minus the tuxedoed bellhop. I can’t recommend it enough—but maybe don't book it when I'm heading back to Athens, because I fully plan on stealing this place for myself again. Highly recommended (except when I’m there!). Thanks again—we’ll be back soon!

We were very happy. The house was very nice, perfect for two people, tidy, very nicely decorated, had everything you need, "beautiful" I would say...!!! Definitely when we come back to Athens we will try to close this house...!! It felt like home...The communication with the landlord Kostas was impeccable...Thanks for everything...!!!

My first time in Athens and couldn't have asked for a better stay. The home was as described and was very well suited to my taste.. perfect minimalist approach with the right balance of modern amenities. Pygmalion is very prompt and had great suggestions. Thank you for the great suggestion of the terrace bar.. it was a perfect 360 end to my vacation.. Had a week stay and was able to work from there.. The location is spot on with easy access to restaurant, cafes and the tourist attraction.

We stayed at Mary's place for a full week. We appreciated the proximity to the local amenities. We had 2 young children under the age of 2 years old and we were within a few minutes walking distance to two parks that they enjoyed playing at. The home is situated on a quiet street and we appreciated the gated front entrance. This home is suitable for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable and there was ample living space for everyone. We appreciated the air conditioning in all the rooms. There is a great balcony situated off of the dining room area and it was nice to have a place to sit outside. We would definitely stay here again.

Large and spacious apartment with unparalleled views from the private huge terrace. Good location with short walking distance to all of Athens major attractions. Good furniture, good beds, and nice linens. Large and well-equipped kitchen with all amenities. All in all, a great place to stay and we would choose the same place again. Ps There is a lot of traffic noise, but it wasn't a problem for us.

A few minutes walk from Elliniko Metro, this beautiful, compact residential apartment is a great base from which to explore the area. You’ll get a good night’s sleep! Easy parking too, and a super responsive host. An absolute bargain!

Staying was wonderful. 100% comeback to this apartment, unimaginable impressions.

We were basically satisfied. Very pleasant communication with the hosts, unfortunately we did not meet them in person, but the co-host. And he showed us around and explained everything important in and around the apartment. The only downside is that the apartment is located on Riviera-Straße and it was very noisy. If you don't want to close the windows and want to do without the air conditioning, then there will be restless nights. Everything else was great, bus, tram and beach as well as supermarkets are very close. The city center can be easily reached by bus and train. For a short city trip, this apartment and its owner are highly recommended.

beautiful little apartment in a neighborhood that is not touristy, so not too many people which is nice there are super markets for shopping .dimitris was responsive to each request. the apartment was very clean. nothing was missing. the.metro is a 10 minute walk to 2 stations from the acropolis. brief value for money perfect.
