We are a group of 20 pax. The house is clean and spacious . We enjoyed our nights in this big villa. Swimming pool is clean . KTV is function well . Has plenty of games . We definitely will be back again . Suitable for big group gatherings .

This place is very clean … and super nice .. the pool area is beautiful with a view of the city .. we walked into the town each day very walkable .. And the host was so pleasant .. would stay again :)

Great host and super nice for 20+people Everything is just perfect for a big group

It was a great place to stay. The whole house was clean and the neighbourhood was quiet. The sea was walking distance and we all love to watch the beautiful sun set. The pool was big and clean. Everything is inside and we felt secured with the security measures taken by the host upon entering and exiting. The house has everything. It was easy for us to cook. Just walk to the jetty nearby and fresh fish and prawns are available. I love the kiblat directions and prayer mats readily available in every room. Cafes and food were also nearby. We really love this place. Hope we can come here again next time.

Great place for family stays. Nearby amenities and surau. Also near to airport and other places in Bayan Lepas like Pesta Penang. Had a wonderful time as it was fully equipped with the necessities for family to cook and rest.

Had a lovely 4 nights stay. Love this ID designed fully renovated historical shop house. Plenty of street parking. Close to many eateries and city sight seeing sites. Host is super responsive and good recommendations on street foods. Location is impeccable. There are pubs and other home stay nearby therefore the music and patrons are quite happening till late night. Peaceful after 1230am

Wonderful stay at this one-of-a-kind historical shop house. Definitely recommend. The host offer tremendous help when I got sick on the last day of my trip and drive me to a local hospital. They really take care of their guests. Really grateful for that!

I absolutely loved this place. Brilliant location - walkable to lots of places and close to the bus stop for going further afield. This place felt like home and the courtyard was a little oasis. Very good air conditioning (much need), lovely interesting decor. Be aware that the steps to the bedroom are quite steep. Do not hesitate to book.

This is my second time booking at Ken's house. He is always so welcoming. He is around to welcome and explain to me about the house during check-in time. He was friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The house was at its top conditions, equipped with all necessary amenities. Most of the rooms are with bathroom attached. It's a cozy place. If you have a big family visiting Penang, this house is highly recommended. It is situated at a strategic location, near to town area and Penang Bridge. Lots of restaurants and hawker centres nearby. If you are not planning to tour anywhere in Penang, there's a KTV in the house. You can use it with a minimal fee. Once again, Ken's place is highly recommended.

The house is amazing. We had friends and family flying in for a wedding for a few days, the place was just nice to have simple catchup to with some friends and family who came down. We love that it has 2 living halls and a big dining area, we had different small groups hanging out in each area and not forgetting the rooftop was a nice hangout spot too. Things to improve….There is a big space on the 2nd floor too, however the aircond wasn’t working, if not that too will be a nice hangout space. Also the extra mattresses is more like a comforters, it’s too thin and not suitable for sleeping. But overall, our family totally enjoyed a serene stay. 5stars for service as well, check in was easy and responses were excellent. Even when we had left behind our belongings after check out, we were able to retrieve it with ease. Thanks!

Great access to a lot of locations

good place to stay and the price so worth it for my 2 night. the house so cozy and all of the room is quite big actually. since we had baby with us so we asked for early check in to the owner. surprisingly he is so responsive, kind and tolerant, he tried his best to let us check in earlier than we supposed to. good service 👍so recommended to you guys out there👍

Stayed 2 nights 3 days here. The stay was pleasant. The house was clean with all the basic necessity. The house was spacious and good for big family. The location was superb and the surroundings was peaceful. The host was responsive and very friendly. This homestay will definitely be in my list the next time I'm in Penang.
