Says exactly what's on the listing - very adequate for a short stay. Loved the pool and facilities, the fact that there was a restaurant and also a 24 hour shop - great for us without a car! But the Grab taxis needed the photos provided by host to get us there, and had some trouble finding us when we wanted a pickup.

Very nice condo, and really gorgeous pool. The only difficulty was tiny, tiny lock on mailbox containing keys. Impossible to make out the numbers on the lock.

the host was very fast response and kind. this place feels cozy and homey, and very close to hospitals.

Perfect Stay for a Group Getaway! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Batu Ferringgi's beautiful home! The house was even better than the pictures—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed to accommodate a large group. The fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, cozy living room, made it perfect for gathering and relaxing. This home exceeded all of our expectations and made our trip unforgettable. I highly recommend it for anyone traveling with family or a group of friends.

The place was very well maintained, there were simple toys and reading materials that added a nice touch. We had an issue woth the wster supply bit the host was bery responsive in helping us feel comfortable whilst the issue was being remedied. They were so kind to send mineral water and snacks for us as well. The house is very clean and spacious, it was a great place to rest after a long day out and about. The beachfront location was great too, wonderful sunset views and nice eataries within walking distance. Would recommend to big families vacationing in Penang!

nice and comfy stay!

Nice locations with plenty of eatery surrounding the house. The house is clean and huge and accommodate a lot of my family members. The host is friendly and quick in responding on my queries.

The villa is clean and has a luxurious feel. Host was accomodating to arrange extra beds on ground floor for helper and meet other accomodation needs. 5 mins drive to Pasar Malam. Street right behind villa has minimart and small restaurants. Thanks for a comfortable stay.

Clean house & easy access location. Easy to find foods too. Worth the price paid.

Great place for family stays. Nearby amenities and surau. Also near to airport and other places in Bayan Lepas like Pesta Penang. Had a wonderful time as it was fully equipped with the necessities for family to cook and rest.

Easy check in and the great thing about here is additional floor mattress was very helpful.

Had a very wonderful stay at Ken's place, the host himself was there during our arrival to show and guide us how to go about his place. House was as described and cleanliness was as how the pictures show. Very friendly and approachable host, willing to go the extra mile. We had to call him for some help at 7am and he was willing to guide us through the steps. Highly recommended place.

Homestay very big and comfortable. We had some issue and the owner very responsive. On day 2 there is issue with water but then the owner very responsive and come to see our condition. The owner very friendly! Thank you for ur responiblity and good service. We reaaly had a wonderful time there in penang. Thank you so much! We will repeat after this when comes to penang🩷
