Host and term very friendly. Everything is great and the unit very big, very clean and comfortable. Suitable for a large family, we all are enjoy and happy with it. Sure we will come back again.

I really like the place, it has great views. It’s spacious for the three of us staying there. It comes with soap & shampoo at each bathroom so we don’t have to travel worrying about bringing such … the bedrooms & bathrooms are clean too! The downside is that there is no convenience store within the area, we have to walk quite a distance, there is only 1 entrance & exit (which adds to the distance). Perhaps this is due to the numerous construction surrounding it. Anw using uber is cheap and going to LWE Hosp is really near with car. However, overall, our stay there is great & Lau is extremely friendly & response quickly, giving us useful informations. Thank you

Overall is ok. Network is strong, my kids have fun to watch Netflix smoothly. Just there is some ants and airconds are not cold enuf, even I already adjusted both airconds to 21°C and 19°C for whole night. Maybe need to service. Swimming pool is nice. Can view penang bridge also.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Edward's apartment. All the amenities were great, such as the wifi and TV. Having a functional kitchen allowed us to cater for ourselves if we wanted to do so. The best feature is the balcony which oversees a stunning setting. Edward is a great host who communicated with us constantly. Nothing was an issue for him to sort out. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone wishing to visit and stay on Penang Island as the location is central to everything.

The host was able to help resolve immediately at the beginning of the check-in in the event of an abnormal handling with the guard and communication issues, which was great

This was undoubtedly one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! The unit itself exceeded our expectations. It’s very clean and thoughtfully designed with the highest quality furnishings – from the luxurious full-grain leather sofa to the expansive smart TV. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including ample utensils, woks, and pans, making it perfect for preparing meals. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after our adventures. The addition of a washing machine and dryer was a surprise to us, adding convenience and making our stay even more seamless. The location at By The Sea was ideal, just a short walking distance from the beach, offering breathtaking views. While there weren’t any traditional Malaysian-style coffee shops nearby, this was a minor trade-off for the tranquility and beauty of the area.

We had an absolutely incredible experience! The amenities and proximity to fhe beach were just what we were looking for. Its great for families with young kids. Would definitely recommend! We'll stay here every time we're in town!
