Villa holiday rentals in Southern Shores

It was our first time in the Outer Banks and we will definitely be back! We had a great time and we thought the location was perfect! It was so easy to walk right to the beach and with little kids it was easy to go back-and-forth during the day if we needed to go back to the house. The pool at the house was really nice, and the pool at the ocean was nice if we needed to take a break during the day when we were already down by the Beach. Avi was a great host and made sure that we had everything we needed. They had so much in their closet of stuff. I probably wouldn’t pack as much of my own stuff next time because it was already there.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is clean and welcoming, and the provided bikes are a fun way to experience the neighborhood. We came to relax and this was the perfect area for that! Jessica is very communicative and helpful if you need anything. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet beach getaway.

Cheri’s place was wonderful — stunningly designed and ample space (we just had a room and bathroom, and the lounge was great). Wish I had more time to explore and ask about the Chanel background — that really came through in the decor. Cheri was super responsive (even to simple things like “how do I make the hot water work” which was a shower quirk) and was so amazing giving us early check in and late check out for free. Much appreciated. Place was gorgeous, comfortable, and literally 10min walk from the beach and other attractions - exactly what we were looking for! It felt a tad bit pricey just for one night, but considering it was Labor Day weekend and we booked last minute, absolutely reasonable. Can’t wait to come back!

I can’t even explain how perfect our stay was! The house is so clean and we felt right at home. Everything is labeled and so cute. It’s a family friendly area that felt so safe and everything you need is within a five minute drive or a 10 minute walk. The BEST Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Mathew was a number one host...communication was exceptional and the place is lovely. It has everything you could possibly want in a vacation spot. Would highly recommend Mathew and his home.
