Holiday rentals with beach access in South Stradbroke Island

Meika’s place was absolutely beautiful! Being in an older apartment building, the apartment itself was massive. The two full bathrooms were enormous! Windows wrap around the entire apartment offering sea views and a Birds Eye view of the hustle and bustle of surfers. The balcony was great! Check in and out was super easy with very clear instructions, and Meika was delightful to deal with. My only other comment is that, with the massive windows and there only being one air conditioner, the apartment could get a little warm- especially in the main bedroom. This was a very small downside though, and a tiny price to pay for the massive windows all around. We were hoping to see a storm roll in from our vantage point- it would be quite spectacular from the 14th floor!!

The host Vadim is very warm and considerate, the location of the house is good, the surroundings are quiet and the sightseeing spots are very convenient.The various facilities were very complete, basically had everything we needed (including a variety of washing dryers and cooking tools), and we also went downstairs for a swim last night and had a great few days.

We had an amazing holiday staying at this place. Magnificent view of the ocean and the city skyline, will definitely return.

Don’t wait, just book this fabulous spot! Carolyn is one of the best hosts we’ve come across, she was so thoughtful and went above and beyond to accomodate our little family. The location and airbnb itself are wonderful, you’re right across from a beautiful uncrowded beach and easy walking distance to plenty of cafes and restaurants. We spent plenty of time just enjoying the deck though We’ll be back again for sure!

We loved our stay at Jackie's place. She was extremely helpful and the place was everything we had expected. Lovely views and location. Short walk to great coffee and dinner spots and easy drives to shopping and theme parks.

We had a wonderful stay even during a storm. Loved being directly on the beach and close to flags for the kids to swim. Walking distance to great eating spots. We would definitely stay again.

Great location within walking distance of everything. Belinda and Michael were very responsive and helpful. Cody little apartment. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be looking to book again when we return to the Gold Coast.

From the booking process to the check out - David makes things so simple and is super helpful. And then there is the house which quickly felt homely and comfortable. It is exactly what it looks like and feels like in the photos. The deck facing the canal (with the city scape in sight too) is breezy and big with great outdoor eating and some chill out seats where we spent most of our time when we weren’t in the pool or enjoying the air conditioning inside the large open plan kitchen, lounge and dining that became the centre of our stay. With three generations, the house catered to all that we needed and spending Xmas there and my birthday was extra special. A place to do as little or as much as you like, a place for reflection or a quiet glass of wine - or family fun in the pool. Amazing. So close (3 min drive) to Pacific Fair and other shopping amenities and close to Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise. We would definitely stay here again and probably will. Thanks David and Camille!

Ian was extremely accommodating and welcoming to first time users of Airbnb. Beautiful home that provided a private space and comfort. Comfy beds, spacious rooms. Would definitely recommend staying in this Airbnb and would stay again!

Had a great stay at David’s place. Right on the beach at Miami, across from the flags, with a great coffee shop a few doors down. Miami has a wonderful local vibe. Big, clean place that is easy to relax in. Great bedroom layout across different levels. 20 min walk to Burleigh. Would stay there again

Perfect location, relaxed cottage with all the facilities you could ask for. Perfect for dogs, kids and adults alike. Two minute walk from the beach, 5 minute drive from all the offerings of Broadbeach and in a quiet residential area away from the gold coast crazies.

Great place to stay so close to the city centre. Host was flexible with check in and was very friendly on arrival. Definitely would stay again 👍🏻

We had a great time staying at this house! The location is unreal, right on the beach, so we could just step out and enjoy the beach in the backyard. The house itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Kelly, the host, was great and really responsive.

I took my wife & daughter to the Gold Coast & we stayed in this central 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment located within the Avani building for 1 week. We were extremely happy with this choice, and would highly recommend this to others looking for a comfortable home away from home. This was our first time booking and staying in an Air BnB, and it was as nice as the photos and description was accurate. The host gave clear instructions for smooth check-in & check-out, good communication, and overall excellent experience. Attention to detail & little extras really made this a comfortable holiday stay. We would happily stay here again. PROS: - Convenient location (short walk to beach, cafes, restaurants, shops) - Parking spot included in secure carpark - Apartment was spacious, clean & modern (very comfortable & homely) - Equipped with everything we needed & more (we loved the coffee pod machine) - Cleaned to a very high standard - Airconditioned - Great pool - Amazing views - XMAS tree

We absolutely loved staying at Derek’s place within Beachcomber on Surfers Beach. It was the ideal location, right in the middle of it all, so close to Cavill Ave, across the road from the Paradise Centre, easy parking, stroll to the beach and lots of food options. The view was unreal, including prime positioning for NYE fireworks, we couldn’t believe it. The apartment was great, nice, bright and clean, we had the best stay. Thank you so much Derek for having us, would highly recommend!!

This apartment features stunning views over the ocean and has all the basics for a nice stay. Location of this place is great as it's close enough to central Surfers but just outside of the really busy spaces. Instructions of how to check-In and out are very clear and make it easy. Apartment is lovely and spacious for a 2 bedroom and it was a great place to stay.

Aaron's place has the best location, in the heart of surfer paradise packed with amazing restaurants. The place itself was as presented in the pictures, we really enjoy the bath and will definitely be back. thank you Aaron for hosting us.

Worked great for the two of us. Would happily stay again! Details: this air bnb is inside a resort/condo building. No extra resort fees & good amenities which is nice. We enjoyed the tennis- you can reserve the court at front desk & they have racquets you can borrow - be sure to ask for the adult ones (they had 2 adult and 2 kids racquet) plus balls. We also enjoyed the salt water pool - go in the morning or the evening during week day for less people (was crowded on weekend midday). The air bnb itself was great - no issues. Shower water pressure is nice & high but also can adjust to soften pressure! We used washer & hung clothes out to dry on patio (she has a clothes drying rack). Coffee = pods like nespresso - yummy. Thanks to Sophia for the thoughtful arrangement. We had a perfect holiday on the Gold Coast. This apartment is very good and has a very wide sea view. I will still choose this place next time I come to Gold Coast. Thanks again❤️
