Abbey Farmhouse was fabulous for our family 50th birthday celebration weekend. 15 of us aged between 13-75 and Abbey FH had everything we needed to keep us entertained and comfortable. Would highly recommended a stay here. Big thanks to Jacki for the great communication and lovely welcome and welcome supplies!

A fantastic stay with stunning views and a lovely, cosy property. It was very easy to find by following the clear instructions, and parking was straightforward, just be mindful of the sloped driveway entrance if you have a lowered car. The property itself is warm and inviting, with great water pressure (watch out for the downstairs shower, it packs a punch if you’re not expecting it!). The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen is well-stocked with cutlery, cups, and other essentials. We’ll definitely stay again!

We had a lovely few days at the cottage for a family member’s big birthday. Such a lovely place to stay and our dogs really enjoyed it too. Would highly recommend for a peaceful few days away.

This house is wonderful! It’s huge, beautifully decorated, and has lots of little touches that make it perfect for a big group stay: hot tub, outdoor seating and heater, darts, pool table, and the amazing cinema room! We had the best time and the hosts were so accommodating by letting us check out later than planned free of charge! We definitely want to come back to stay again!

What a beautiful house in an equally beautiful location! Great place and Sarah is a great host - I had one concern that Sarah and the team dealt with quickly and to my satisfaction! I could not recommend the place and Sarah as a host more highly - I will certainly be looking to stay again!

Beautiful place to stay and felt so relaxed in the lovely kitchen and lounge. Fab games room and the cinema room was amazing which was enjoyed by everyone. Would definitely stay again, had everything you could want. Beautifully decorated.

Great apartment in a great location. A 10 min drive to some amazing places. We visited Aira Force Waterfall, Blencathra and the farm shop nearby (Basecamp). Everything had been thought of and as a family of 4 we were comfortable and had enough room. Raluca made herself available if we needed anything at all. It was a bonus to have the facilities of the resort available; swimming, restaurant, gym, although we didn’t use them due to a short stay. Great apartment and we would love to visit again in the future.

Luxury apartment with a view to match, overlooking Ambleside pier, the lake and mountains. Exquisite! Full use kitchen. Chaisse overlooking the lake is the perfect spot! Comfortable seating in front of large screen TV. Can't wait to come back!

A lovely little flat tucked away in the Lake District, beautiful restaurant and bar options within walking distance. I recommend 98 high gate for a drink and Comida tapas. I'd definitely visit Kendal again.
