Donna’s place was clean and homey, and she was a super friendly and helpful host. Donna really thought about everything when putting together this accomodation, as we had everything we could need and then some. I would happily stay again on my next trip! Donna also makes a mean homemade jam, it was absolutely delicious!

We loved our stay. It was a short drive to the sites on the Peninsula and the view from the house was stunning- I don't think the photos on Airbnb do it justice at all- waking up to that view is fantastic. The house was well equipped and we loved the heated outdoor alcove in the evening and the firepit. There are 2 well stocked IGAs within 5 mins drive.

Michelle and Blu were the perfect hosts and their love of this property is evident in its presentation - thankfully they are happy to share it with us all 😍 Extremely comfortable beds; linens to die for and squeaky clean 🧼 This is the ONLY air BnB I didn’t feel like I had to wash dishes and utensils in before using!!! Thank you so much for sharing a space around your fireplace 🔥 and creating a memorable experience for us all - including our pet Daisy Doo. This is our new favourite place and top of the list for future visits to the Huon x. Michelle and Blu are truly amazing people and you will not be disappointed- unless you miss out !!!! My husband and I had a very enjoyable stay at Yvonne’s cottage. It was in a really good location, (an easy 20 minute walk into the city) and was very well equipped. This place was such an amazing place to stay couldn’t recommend it anymore to anyone wanting to stay around Hobart or Penna area. The photos don’t do justice to how peaceful, remote and beautiful this place is. The deck has a wonderful view looking out onto Penna’s beach and it’s only a short walk down to the beach. Steve was such a great host as-well always responsive and left little touches around the house to make you feel really welcome. A really great place for a family to get away and just relax in a beautiful surrounding.

Despite some mishaps from my part on certainty of plans, Hazel was nothing but kind and generous to me and my newly wedded wife! We brought our dog along too and she was very welcoming to us all. Having a complimentary cheese platter was already so kind, but Hazel also gave us sparkling bubbles to celebrate with which was so lovely! The space is cozy, comes with eazy eats, was absolutely comfortable, and accomodating to pets - all for a really great price! Would come again :)
